Description
The family-friendly accommodation is located in the Bijela Uvala holiday resort in Istria and is one of the resorts with the most beautiful views in Croatia. The holiday village borders directly on the sea and is therefore ideal for families. The holiday complex has a wonderful view of the Zelena Laguna. In addition to a children's pool with water games and a swimming pool, the resort also has a great playground and a mini club/entertainment programme for children. Guests also have access to an entertainment programme for adults and teenagers, a wide range of sports activities, a restaurant, pizzeria, bar, ice cream parlour and a well-equipped beach. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests.
The Happy Premium accommodation (belita.info/2785) offers space for 7 people and is modern and beautifully furnished. The mobile home consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and two children's rooms, each with two single beds. There is another bed in the living room. There are mosquito nets on all bedroom windows. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has a 4-burner gas hob, crockery, cutlery and cooking pots as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. The semi-covered wooden terrace with table, chairs and two loungers/deckchairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. Air conditioning (free of charge), travel cot and high chair (for a fee) are also available (book at least one week before arrival). An electric barbecue is available. A car park is included. Note If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 29.06.-07.09.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday or Wednesday (minimum stay is 7 nights). In the period from 18 May to 29 June 2023, the minimum stay is 7 nights (daily arrival possible). In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The private beach directly adjacent to the holiday complex with sun loungers and parasols also has a free section. The beach has bathing platforms and pebbles and is therefore also suitable for families with children. Guests can also choose from a wide range of water sports, such as kite surfing, wind surfing and much more. There is also a bouncy castle in the sea and a beach bar on the beach. This makes the beach the ideal place to relax and sunbathe or enjoy one of the many sports activities. A quick snack can be enjoyed in the shade of the beach bar, which is open from morning to evening and offers an inviting and refreshingly tasty range of dishes.
POOL
A large pool with large sunbathing areas, loungers and parasols is available to holiday guests. There is a lovely children's pool with water games for the little ones.
LOCATION
The holiday resort borders directly on the beach and is therefore ideal for families with children. Umag is just a few kilometres away and is an exciting town with a charming location on a peninsula and a picturesque, lively old town. A cultural highlight is a visit to the Forma Viva sculpture gallery on the Slovenian coast near Portoroz. The Dajla Monastery on the coast is an enchanting eye-catcher. With its bright yellow façade, wildly romantic gardens and picturesque turrets, it is an impressive excursion destination on the Adriatic coast.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
In the low and high season, a group of experienced entertainers will liven up your stay in a gentle way. Football, table tennis, beach volleyball, water polo, tennis and games tournaments are organised on a daily basis. The team also organises aerobics, water gymnastics and other courses. There is a mini club for children and plenty of interesting entertainment for the older ones. There is also a playground where your children can let off steam. Your children will have the opportunity to take part in evening performances as protagonists. Cabaret, games evenings and guest evenings are also organised every evening, followed by disco and/or dance evenings. There is a wide range of sporting activities on offer. Multi-purpose courts (basketball, volleyball, football), table tennis, volleyball court and tennis courts are available. There are also boat moorings, lockers, a bureau de change and a first aid service.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice: tennis courts, basketball court, football pitch, mini football pitch, beach volleyball, cycle paths and jogging routes. In addition, the entertainment team puts together a varied fitness programme for every day with stretching, water gymnastics and much more. Boats, kite-surfs and wind-surfs can be hired on the beach. There is a riding school in the holiday complex. Bicycle hire is also available. By bike you can follow the beautiful cycle paths and enjoy the marvellous view of the crystal blue sea. Or simply enjoy a stroll along the beach in a truly Mediterranean atmosphere.
SHOPPING
The holiday complex now has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items. The resort also has a tobacco and newspaper shop, a souvenir shop, a clothes shop and an ATM.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and cooking pots as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. The holiday complex also has a restaurant, a pizzeria, a take-away, a snack bar, an ice cream parlour and another bar.
PETS
One pet of max. 35 kg is welcome upon notification at the time of booking, for a fee. If a pet is brought along, 20 euros must be paid in advance for the special final cleaning due to the pet's presence.
SPECIAL
The final cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant. Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided. The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness. Any complaints will be charged at Euro 40. If required, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking (for a fee as stated in the additional costs) or must be booked at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
The beautiful historic town of Poreč is located next to the sea. With its pine forests, promenades along the sea and restaurants on the coast, it is a true place of rest and relaxation. It is full of artistic and historical attractions and is waiting to be discovered by you. The Istralandia water park, which offers fun for the whole family, is just a few minutes' drive away. Between the two harbour towns of Umag and Pula there are several recommendable towns that are certainly worth a visit. Fazana, Rovinj, Vrsar, Porec or even Pula and Umag itself offer numerous restaurants, shopping facilities and historical buildings that are certainly worth a visit. Various amusement parks such as Istralandia, Aquacolors or the Glavani climbing park offer great opportunities to have fun with the whole family. For nature lovers, we recommend a visit to the Brijuni Islands or the Jama-Grotta Beradine. Fish lovers are in the right place in this region! Here you can find all kinds of fish, which is prepared in many different ways. You will also find good wine in Croatia. So if you want to indulge yourself, this is the place to be. There is also plenty of entertainment in the evening. Croatians love parties, music and socialising, whether in a discotheque, on the beach promenade or in a small alley. So your evening entertainment is guaranteed. The hinterland of the coastal strip offers many forests, cycle paths and hiking trails, so those seeking peace and quiet or sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth. The famous weekly markets are usually held daily in Porec, Rovinj and Pula.
