This beautiful villa with private pool is located in a small village of Mugeba, only 4 km from the Porec, and impresses with the highest living comfort and well thought-out details both inside and outside. A little away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the villa is a real oasis of peace and offers space for up to seven people on its two floors and 137 sqm of living space.
It consists of a living room with open plan layout, a fully equipped kitchen with a modern garden and a dining area, two double bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a bedroom with two single beds and an additional toilet and a small children's room. The villa is fully air-conditioned.
From the upper terrace you can enjoy the wonderful sea view and in the pool area you can also use sun beds and a barbecue fireplace. Also included are free Wlan, parking, Sat-tv and air conditioning
