The beautifully furnished holiday home (max. 4 people) with separate apartment (max. 2 people), both with air conditioning, is located in the middle of a large garden in a well-kept and quiet residential area of the holiday resort Empuriabrava. The beach and the promenade with shops and restaurants are about 800-1000 m away and easily reachable on foot.
The well-kept garden has a large freshwater pool (approx. 8 x 4m), winter garden, terrace as well as sun loungers and garden chairs and a standing grill. Both in the main house and in the apartment, German television programs can be received via satellite TV. The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped, including a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher as well as sufficient dishes for 4-6 people. Furthermore, a washing machine is available. The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen, including a 2-burner stove with ceramic hob, coffee machine, etc., as well as sufficient dishes for 2 people.
House, winter garden, apartment, and garden offer plenty of space with around 600 m² of floor area. With two bathrooms and an outdoor shower, you won’t get in each other’s way even with 6 people. If you wish to rent only the main house, the apartment will not be rented out to others. Dogs are welcome here. Additional amenities include: a parking space in front of the garage entrance. A lockable access to the pool area and barred windows with mosquito protection. Both in the main house and in the apartment, you have internet access via fiber optic.

The beautiful, wide and child-friendly beach, and the center can be reached in about 10 minutes.
In the immediate vicinity is a nice mini-golf course where they can mini golf morning profusely fun up at 02:00.
Only 50 meters away is one of the beautiful water channels. If you bring a boat or rent locally, you can rent a boat dock daily or weekly here.
The beach, shops, restaurants and bars are within about 10-15 minutes.
A German bakery, Metger and pharmacies in about 5 minutes. by car. Empuriabrava is to create a place with the largest marina in Europe and to realize. The power of working canals extending to a length of over 30 kilometers through the city and has 5000 wharfs.
Over the years Empuriabrava has grown to a considerable size. More and more German populated the beautiful part of the Ampurdan and has this marked with its western style. However, the Mediterranean has remained and each region is characterized by its national and regional characteristics.
The coast offers many active sports, including water skiing, surfing Kide, wind surfing, jet skiing, diving, canyoning, hiking, parachuting, riding waves in the wave pool, a Windoor more.
Few places in the world can make a morning hike or skiing and afternoon swim in the sea, fishing or sailing. The high peaks of the Canigó or the Ski Resort "La Molina" you can reach us in about one and a half hours. Closer still is the nature reserve "l'Albera" the gentlest part of the Pyrenees, whose feet sink into the sea and in Garriguella you can visit the Tortoise Breeding Centre.
Further, various city trips, including Barcelona, Lloret d`Mar, Montserrat Monastery ...... offered.

The Costa Brava is the coast that most evokes admiration and surprise. It harbors tourist resorts and virgin landscapes, such as the Natural Park of Cap de Creus and Aiguamolls de l`Empordá and next Empuriabrava are other places worth seeing: Roses, Canyelles Petit, Cadaques, Port de la Selva, Llança, L`Escala, L`Estartit, Sant Martí - Ruines d`Empuries, Medes Islands, Peradelada, Montserrat monastery, the Dalí Museum as well as the home and studio of Dalí in Portlligat. Along the way you get the landscapes and the work of the brilliant painter, who described himself as divine to see.
On not so sunny days is highly recommended the Butterfly Park in Castello d`Empuries.
Empuriabrava and the surrounding area offers a variety of sports, whether in the water, on land, in the air or in the mountains.
All along the coast there are opportunities for Kidesurfen, windsurfing, jet skiing, diving, parachuting, golf, mini golf, tennis, tours / excursions by quart, mountain walks and hikes along the coast, skiing (until April) and much more
In La Molina or Andorra there are beautiful resorts where you can attend to April skiing. From Empuriabrava it takes about 2-3 hours driving time. So worth a day ski trip.
Furthermore, many city trips are offered, including Barcelona, Lloret de Mar or to Montserrat.
Every Saturday in Empuriabrava, on the beach road, a sought, colorful market place.

Perfect accommodation in a perfect setting!
We had a wonderful vacation in the holiday home! The house is very well-kept, clean, and equipped with everything you need. Particularly noteworthy are the large pool and the air conditioning, which ensured pleasant temperatures – especially on hot days, a real plus point.
The location is quiet, perfect for relaxing, and at the same time not far from shopping options and restaurants. Mrs. Stingl-Wagner was very friendly, easily reachable, and gave us helpful tips for excursions as well as culinary offerings.
We felt completely comfortable and would recommend the holiday home at any time!

Great holiday home with beautiful pool area
For the second time after 2019, we were guests this summer (2020) at the beautiful "Casa Chrisika." The house offers good amenities in a quiet location and plenty of space to chill. There are sun loungers available both by the pool and on the terrace side. Very nice: a large, taut sun shade at the pool provides shade, so you don't have to roast all day. We like the location - not by the canal (therefore fewer mosquitoes), 3 minutes by bike to the supermarket (2 bikes available for use), about 10-15 minutes walk to the beach, about 100m to the mini-golf course. For larger purchases, Aldi, Lidl, and other supermarkets are within a 5-minute drive. In the house, both units have air conditioning installed - only the winter garden (where the dining table is located) is not reached by this. The entire kitchen area was renovated in 2020 and is now very bright and looks great. Ceramic stove with oven is new, microwave is new, dishwasher looks new, refrigerator including freezer is large enough to accommodate 6 people. The kitchen equipment is good and high quality with everything necessary. Above all, many thanks to Diana and René, who respond promptly to every question and support with advice and action. The area offers good opportunities for excursions - especially (but not only) the Dali Museum (approx. 30 minutes) and the Dali House (approx. 40 minutes) were enjoyable for us. We will definitely try to book again next year!

Family vacation summer 2020
Very nice, quiet holiday home. The location is optimal, everything is within walking distance. The holiday home has a beautiful pool, which is always checked. For the third year in a row, we were very satisfied. The landlady is always ready to help with advice and support. Thank you for that. We are already looking forward to next year.
