The Stadtvilla Warnemünde has four exclusively furnished holiday flats between 47-78 m² for up to 6 people in the immediate vicinity of the church square and the legendary Alter Strom. The marvellous white beach is only a 5-minute walk away. The Stadtvilla Warnemünde was completely renovated in 2010 and rebuilt in keeping with its character. The holiday flats are generously proportioned, warmly and stylishly furnished, some with whirlpool, underfloor heating, 2 separate bedrooms and large terraces. All holiday flats have exclusive fitted kitchens as well as high-quality bedrooms and living rooms. All bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating. The holiday flats have free Internet WLAN access. There are storage facilities for bicycles on the property. A car parking space can be rented for 13 € per day.

Stadtvilla Warnemünde is located in the centre of the Baltic seaside resort of Warnemünde, just a 3-minute walk from the Alter Strom.
There are bakeries, butchers, cafés and shops for shopping nearby. The Baltic seaside resort of Warnemünde with its large white sandy beach and the promenade with its numerous boutiques, restaurants and quaint pubs invites you to stroll or shop and "watch the ships". Enjoy a harbour cruise, treat yourself to fresh sea fish and other regional specialities in the surrounding restaurants or take part in numerous water sports. Watch the harbour activity with the ships, motor and sailing yachts, ferries and cruise liners. Take advantage of the new 27-hole golf course in the Ostseebad Warnemünde.

Very good

We would definitely recommend the vacation apartment. The location is great. Beach, promenade, and shopping options are all within a few minutes' walk. The apartment was very well-maintained and clean. Warnemünde is beautiful.
