The former administrative building of the Gösslow estate was lovingly and stylishly restored in 2011. Whether in the historical cosiness of the house or in the Mediterranean-style inner courtyard, a unique atmosphere awaits you, inviting you to relax, enjoy, celebrate, work, make music, cook together or exchange creative ideas.
Gut Gößlow offers space for up to 20 people
The following facilities are available to the groups:
"Grüner Salon" - lounge/dining room for up to 20 people with pellet stove
large kitchen (gastronomy standard) with dishwasher, 2 large refrigerators, freezer, double sink, 5-burner gas cooker with 90 cm oven, crockery and pots and pans in sufficient quantity
Outside there is a fenced courtyard with several seating areas. A pond with fish stocking, deck chairs, a pavilion as well as a campfire place complete the offer. The mobile charcoal grill can also be used when it rains. And if it gets too cold, the sauna might be just the thing. A small relaxation room with music and a floor-to-ceiling shower round off the wellness day.
In addition, the following rooms are available:
5 double rooms with private bathroom and extra bed, 2 rooms with additional living room (with box spring sofa bed)
Maisonette flat with 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and small kitchen

The tranquil, rural village of Gösslow is the ideal starting point for a relaxing and eventful holiday in beautiful Mecklenburg. You can start endless walks or bicycle tours directly from the front door. The Sude River, which flows directly through Gösslow, invites you to dreamlike canoe tours. Horse lovers will find a riding stable in the neighbouring community

* The state capital Schwerin is only 30 minutes away by car (40 km). The old royal seat with its beautifully situated fairytale castle is always worth a visit.
* Numerous castles and manor houses in our area can be visited.
* let the buccaneer Störtebecker show you the world cultural heritage Wismar (70 km),
* the Hanseatic cities of Hamburg and Lübeck are 80 km away.
* The young town of Ludwigslust with its baroque castle is just 25 km away,
* or visit Dobbertin Monastery (90 km), once the richest monastery in northern Germany
* how about a visit to Neustadt-Glewe with its imposing castle, where every year a journey back in time to the dark Middle Ages takes place (35 km)
* or drive to Dömitz and marvel at the fortress and enjoy the view from the harbour (30 km)
* for horse lovers a visit to the world-famous State Stud Farm Redefin should not be missed (5 km)
And if you haven't had enough of last winter, you can visit the indoor ski slope in Wittenburg (20 km). The Gösslow estate is located in the beautiful Griese region in the southwest of Mecklenburg in the district of Ludwigslust, just under an hour's drive from Hamburg and 2 hours from Berlin
With just under 200 inhabitants, Gößlow is a small, tranquil village that invites you to relax.
Shopping facilities can be found in the linden town of Lübtheen (7km) or in Hagenow (10km)
The natural bathing lake Probst Jesar (7 km) offers bathing fun in the summer months.

Great birthday weekend
We rented Gut Gößlow for a 30th birthday for 18 people.
As it is a former hotel, the accommodation was excellent. Almost everyone had a double room with private bathroom and comfortable bed
The rest of the facilities were also very good: large, well-equipped kitchen, large dining room and a large beautiful garden with enough seating, large barbecue and beautiful pond.
Despite some loud music, there were no problems with the neighbours or anyone else.
The communication, the check-in & check-out with the two very nice landlords (Heike and Clemens) was problem-free and very pleasant.
Conclusion: I can only recommend this great accommodation for a larger group to everyone!

We held our annual friends' meeting here. The accommodation was ideal for us as it was easily accessible from both Hamburg and Berlin. Since we always cook together, we really liked the well-equipped kitchen and the spacious group area. The dishes are also uniform and tasteful, not a hodgepodge of colorful individual pieces. It's also great that each room has its own bathroom. If you also love nature, you will be happy here. A real tip.......

Culinary weekend in the Black Forest
We had rented the house for a weekend with 16 adults. Well-equipped, everything available, super clean, very comfortable beds, and each had their own bathroom. Top. Would love to come back!
