Description
Our house is located directly on the Holzendorfer is a single-family house, which is used exclusively as a holiday home. In the cold months we open the sauna for you.
An oasis of well-being has been created on more than 100 m² over two floors.
On the first floor there is a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a small dining room, a bedroom and a full bathroom en suite.
On the second floor there is an additional sleeping area with a double bed and an extra bed.
Here you will also find a small TV corner with a couch and armchairs as well as a small bathroom with toilet and washbasin for your use.
After a long day at the beach or at the Baltic Sea or with countless impressions of the city, you can relax in the large living room on our 'Lümmel Couch' with a novel or a good film, in the cold season in front of the fireplace (satellite TV and DVD player available)
If you like to cook, this will be a breeze in our fully equipped kitchen. From the cooker to the microwave, bread maker, blender to coffee maker, everything is available to serve a magical breakfast, lunch or dinner in the dining area overlooking the lake.
In fine weather, this is also recommended on the large fully equipped terrace. A barbecue is ready and waiting

The holiday home is located on a plot of land directly on Holzendorf Lake. Holzendorf is a district of the beautiful holiday resort of Dabel. With its good transport connections (Schwerin, Rostock), it offers the perfect mix of relaxation and proximity to the sights
Dabel is located in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District, 45 km east of Schwerin. Numerous cycling and hiking trails in the Sternberg lake district and in the Schwinzer Heide nature park offer a varied water and field landscape. Sternberg with its historic old town 10 km. Dobbertin with Benedictine monastery 15 km. Goldberg with nature museum, farmer's garden. Historic old town Schwerin with castle, museum, state theatre. Waren an der Müritz 50 km.

Great family holiday
The holiday home is really worth every penny. It is equipped with everything you need. Especially the upper floor is a dream for children. Books, painting materials, TV and games. Our daughter didn't want to come downstairs
The large property offered enough space to romp around. Even table tennis was possible in bad weather, thanks to the roof. The house is also great for anglers, as the jetty and boat are right outside the door
We can only recommend the accommodation.

Es waren wunderschöne 4 Tage in dem Ferienhaus am blauen See.
Es passt alles. Das Haus ist sehr kinderfreundlich und hundefreundlich ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind total nett und bemühen sich das alles gut klappt und man sich wohlfühlt.

Haus am Blauen See
Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommenden. Nach einer netten und unkomplizierten Begrüßung und einer Führung durchs Haus und weiteren Tipps z.B. für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten verabschiedete sich der Vermieter freundlich und wir hatten das gesamte Haus sowie das Grundstück mit eigenem Zugang zum See mit Wassertreter und Ruderboot für uns. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Unser Hund hat sich rundum wohl gefühlt und hatte alle Möglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück zu toben und auch mal ein Bad im See zu nehmen. Auch an Tagen mit Regen bietet das Haus genügend Möglichkeiten zur Beschäftigung im Haus. Wir haben die Ruhe am See sehr genossen und konnten wirklich mal eine Pause vom hektischen Alltag machen. Wir können dieses Objekt nur bestens weiterempfehlen und werden mit Sicherheit noch einmal den Urlaub hier verbringen.

Spitzenklasse
Das Haus ist Spitzenklasse. Saubere Zimmer, große Sauna, großes Grundstück bis zum See, Boote sind vorhanden, hier ist mal richtig schöner Urlaub angesagt. Neben der Hauptstraße gibt es einen kilometerlangen Radweg, auf dem man direkt mit Hund in den nahegelegenen Wald laufen kann. Nach Sternberg sind es 5 Autominuten. Hier gibt es wunderbare Wanderwege um die Sternberger Seen. Ach ja, die Fischerei des Vermieters in Dabel sollte man unbedingt besuchen. Hier gibt es richtig große Portionen Fischgerichte. Und die Fischsuppe ist spitze.

We, the Dehmel family, are a fishing family with a long tradition. Since 1929, the grandfather, Paul Quandt, ran the Sternberg pond farm. Under his management developed into the largest pike hatchery in Europe at the time. Now his grandson Klaus-Dieter Dehmel has been working as a fisherman since 1975. From then on he runs the fishery and processing plant in Dabel as an independent master fisherman in Dabel, where his wife Jeannette also works. The eldest daughter, of a total of 5 children, is a fishmonger, so that the fishing tradition continues in the Dehmel family the Dehmel family continues to run the farm, which has a water area, a fish processing plant and an expanded trade. Since 2013, we have been renting out holiday flats on our fishing farm and in the surrounding area.
