Location and surroundings of object

The house "CASA A-GADDA-DA-VIDA" (in a garden of Eden) - named after the balade of the rockgroup Iron Butterfly - is located in the quiet residential area "Runjacica" at the top of the northwestern district of Premantura at a dead end road, directly adjoining to the protected woods of Premantura.
The village center with shops, numerous restaurants, ATMs, tourist offices, etc. is located in a distance of approximately a 10 minutes' walk.
The property has a large terrace with a lounge, bar and large fridge for drinks etc. from where you can enjoy a beautiful view to the sea and the bay of Medulin.
The house is located at the uppermost row of houses in the area Rujacica. Even during the high season from July to September our guests will find peace and quiet because no tourist facilities such as bars, nightclubs, restaurants are in indirect proximity to the house Approximately 200 m from the house you find a children's playground with fountains.
The house is about a 10 to 15 minutes walk away from 2 beautiful beaches. Premantura - a picturesque town with 450 residents - was first populated in the Bronze Age. It is the southernmost town in Istria. The most popular, famous and legendary indicator of Premantura is the long and narrow peninsula Kamenjak, km long and up to km wide, which extends like a long arm in the Adriatic. The protected nature reserve Kamenjak encircles a 30 km long coastline which is dotted with numerous coves and beautiful beaches. Its unique beauty is still perfected by the small islands which rise from the crystalline blue-green sea. The village has well-stocked stores, an ambulance and exchange offices. Premantura and its restaurants are known for an extraordinarily rich oyster bar. Of the many events and festivalsthe following two are recommended: The Crab Festival on May 1 and Lovrečevo on August 10, the most important festival, the Saint Lawrence, the patron saint of Premantura.

Top! Top! Top! Highly recommended!!!

The Hübner family's house in Premantura is truly just as described and has more than met our expectations. The location is simply top-notch and the view from the bedroom directly to the sea is absolutely outstanding. The amenities also leave nothing to be desired – everything is well thought out and you feel at home right away. Particularly noteworthy are the jacuzzi, which provides pure relaxation, as well as the perfectly functioning air conditioning in all rooms. The house is perfect for two families with children or for four couples with children. There are two spacious bedrooms with large double beds and a children's room with two bunk beds for a total of four children. In addition, there are three modern and very clean bathrooms that make the stay particularly comfortable. The kitchen is excellently equipped, so self-catering is also easily possible.

Everything is well-maintained, clean, and furnished with a lot of love. We can highly recommend this holiday home – a real insider tip for an unforgettable stay in Premantura!

Very satisfied. Dog-friendly...

We had a very great accommodation. The contact was very friendly from the beginning of the booking until departure, and it was a very nice experience. The adjacent pine forest is ideal for dogs, and it’s only 10-15 minutes to the sea. We didn’t miss anything in the amenities. The jacuzzi also invites for lovely summer nights. We recommend it and give a thumbs up. Would love to come again...

A beautiful, lovingly furnished house with a wonderful view.
The garden is a feel-good oasis, especially in the evening with the great lighting. The house is different from the usual holiday properties, it has a great, individual touch. Particularly noteworthy is the nice personal contact with Mrs. Hübner from booking to the end of the holiday. Every question was answered immediately. I felt very well looked after and informed.
