Our cozy house Westwind is located in the small and very well-kept holiday park 'de Yperhof'. The holiday home is situated so that you can enjoy the sun all day on your terrace—unseen by others.
On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a light-flooded, tastefully furnished living-dining area with an open gallery, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms.
You are welcome to bring your pets! The property is completely fenced. Julianadorp is a paradise for dog owners. Dogs are welcome here and may accompany their owners to the beach all year round.
There is plenty to do in the area, so children will never get bored. If the weather is not suitable for the beach, the nearest swimming pool is about 1 km away. Attractive playgrounds, a climbing park, mini golf and family golf, tennis courts as well as riding opportunities and plenty of excursion destinations complete the offer.

30 minutes drive from the beautiful city Alkmaar, Amsterdam is either easily accessible by train or by car in one hour Julianadorp consists of two districts, the main town Julianadorp and on the North Sea beach resort Julianadorp aan Zee. Julianadorp is known because of its beautiful sandy beach and the nearby dunes and tulip fields. But also in the social center of Julianadorp it can be a cup of coffee with apple pie well endure.

Cancellation terms:
You may cancel the contract at any time. The cancellation must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation, you are liable for compensation for any damages incurred by us: from the day of booking confirmation by the landlord to the 60th day before the start of the rental, the amount of the deposit is due. From the 59th day before arrival, 90% of the travel price must be paid. German rental law applies. If the rental period can be rebooked, the payments made will be refunded minus a processing fee of 50 €. You may provide a substitute person who can enter into the contract under the stated conditions. In the event of closed borders or a government-mandated general prohibition on accommodations (which is unconditional), the entire payment will be refunded. An obligation to quarantine or test, as well as a recommendation not to travel or classification as a risk area does not qualify as a prohibition. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance including cover for COVID-19.

Great holiday home!
We were allowed to spend our vacation in this sweet holiday home. The house is very nicely furnished and clean, the kitchen has all the utensils, so you miss nothing. The bathroom is modern and appealing. The garden is completely fenced, which is very important for us as dog owners. You have your own parking space right in front of the house, and you can quickly walk to the beach. For us, the perfect vacation! We will definitely come back!
