The house with garden is furnished with a lot of love for exclusive details and offers a lot of space for wellness and relaxation. Enjoy the privileged location only 30 m from Lake Fleesensee. The stylishly furnished house has separately controllable underfloor heating in every room, digital SAT-TV with LCD-FullHD in every living room, a gas fireplace as well as a luxurious designer sofa invite you to relax. A seating and dining area, open-plan fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob with convection oven make culinary delights a pleasure. The two daylight bathrooms are equipped with a Raindance wellness shower. The three bedrooms are also each equipped with a large flatscreen TV.
Furthermore, the house has electric shutters and a living room ventilation system with heat recovery. Own parking spaces directly at the house as well as garden furniture and a brick outdoor barbecue on the own terrace with garden share, are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels can be booked, high chair and cot can be booked. . We are a cooperation partner of the Golf- und Country Club Fleesensee, which means that we can offer you special conditions for your golf fees.

Our exclusive house is located in the federal state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, in the beautiful town of Göhren-Lebbin, in the "Land Fleesensee" between Berlin, Rostock and Hamburg. The privileged location only 30 m away from the lake makes every heart beat faster, therefore our house at the lake is perfectly situated and embedded in beautiful nature. Enjoy the nature of Mecklenburg, the wonderful tranquillity in a beautiful landscape, top-class golf courses and a wide range of leisure and sports facilities. Furthermore, the town of Waren on Germany's largest inland lake, the Müritz, is a short distance away. You can reach the town by boat via the Fleesensee and Kölpinsee lakes, by bike (bike rental on site) or by car. The Müritz National Park, the Barlach town of Güstrow, the GDR Museum in Malchow, the Müritz Museum in Waren (the largest freshwater aquarium in Germany) are also interesting destinations for excursions in good or bad weather. A marketplace with shops and restaurants, small shops, an organic farm shop, outlet stores, a launderette and an ATM are available in the village of Göhren-Lebbin.
By car, you can reach Göhren-Lebbin in only about 1 hour from Berlin and in about 2 hours from Hamburg; the Hanseatic city of Rostock is 65 km away. The historic old towns of Waren, Malchow, Röbel and Plau am See are destinations by bike or car. In 2000, Göhren-Lebbin became the holiday resort "Land Fleesensee", Northern Europe's largest leisure and recreation area with offers for all ages. There are designated jogging paths leading to the lake or through the woods, golfing on one of the three 18-hole golf courses, swimming in the lake with its beautiful sunbathing lawns, horseback riding, hiking, cycling on the extensive network of paths through the lake district, sailing, surfing, boat tours or simply relaxing and reading a book by the fireplace or on the terrace with its own garden area and brick barbecue. The floor is completely tiled with high quality tiles. All rooms are heated by underfloor heating (individually controllable). A DVD player in the living room provides background music in front of the exclusive gas fireplace. There is also a fleece blanket for your comfort. In case of bad weather, various books, CDs and DVDs, many board games and a free W-LAN connection are available. A hairdryer, clothes horse, hoover, washing machine and dryer, hiking and cycling maps and information material are available.
Pets are welcome on request.

Beautiful location, but that's about it.
Upon arrival, we had to realize that one of the bed sheets was soiled. The showers, the toilet, and the oven were also dirty. The TV in the living room and the fireplace did not work. We complained immediately, and the bed sheet was changed after 2 days, but the other issues were not addressed initially. Our calls were simply ignored. Towards the end of the vacation, the contact person from the landlord came and tried to convey sympathy and dismiss the problems with a smile. The only thing that was fixed was that the TV worked, though without SKY. No other problems were resolved.
This amount of trouble during a vacation is unnecessary. The complaints are very similar to the issues described in reviews from 2021. Absolutely not recommended for us.

Eine spitzen Woche
Dear hosts,
We were looking forward to a few relaxing vacation days and were not disappointed. On the contrary, the house exceeded our expectations by far.
A wonderful, very quiet location with a beautiful view of the lake, a well-thought-out and spacious layout, a very high-quality equipment that is unmatched, very clean and a very good kitchen equipment that we have never experienced in vacation homes before. The whirlpool was always very clean and was checked several times by friendly staff from the rental company. The sauna and the pool were used by us almost daily. Sky in the living room is simply fantastic. We could watch the Champions League here in a really large format. Simply unbeatable, a dream house for us! We will definitely book again! See you soon...
