Description
The holiday flat is located in a very well-maintained apartment complex, which was built in 1996.
It is located directly on the promenade at the Salzhaff. Past the marina, it is only 150 m to the beautiful, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach.
There is a cosy little restaurant directly in the house
The holiday flat (maisonette) with approx. 58 sqm is located on the second floor. From the balcony (table, chairs and parasol available) you have a wonderful direct view of the Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea.
The flat has a living room with a kitchenette, 4 hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes,
Cable TV, radio with CD and MP 3; WLAN is available.
In the separate bedroom with two windows there are 3 single beds and a large wardrobe.
In the spacious bathroom you will find a toilet, shower, side cabinet, mirror cabinet, towel rail with heating function and a hairdryer.
The upper floor is reached via a staircase.
The staircase is equipped with a child safety lock at the top and bottom.
On the upper floor ()there is a single bed with an additional pull-out bed. Furthermore, there is a couch with sleeping function (extendable) at your disposal. Here you will also find cable TV and the possibility to watch DVDs.
The two roof windows can be tilted and are equipped with roller blinds (pleated blinds).
A private parking space is located directly at the holiday home and is included in the rent.

Place description
First mentioned in a document in 1250, Rerik has retained its special charm to this day. You can buy freshly caught fish at the Haff jetty or indulge in culinary specialities based on fish in one of the numerous small restaurants. An endless, natural beach, a romantic steep coast with various beach accesses characterise the picture on the Baltic Sea side. Here the whole family can lie in the sand, play, build castles or collect "chicken gods", swim in the clean, crystal-clear sea water, dive or fish. The salt marshes along the lagoon are an ideal breeding, resting and wintering area for many water birds. At the Salzhaff you will find a variety of sporting activities, from sailing schools to boat rentals to surfing schools. You can also take organised boat trips across the lagoon and learn more about the Wustrow peninsula and its eventful past. Description of the place
Uniquely situated between the Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea, the small fishing village of Rerik offers recreation for everyone and at any time of the year in an intact natural environment, on the traces of the past, while swimming, doing sports or taking long walks / bike tours along the steep coast.
Cultural activities:
The Rerik local history museum documents the history of the village, which was first mentioned in a document in 1250. The early Gothic hall church in Rerik, which dates back to 1250, offers informative insights into the eventful history of Rerik.
Megalithic graves in the nearby surroundings invite you to walk in the footsteps of our ancestors.
The old Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Rostock offer an impressive picture of our history. And you simply have to see Heiligendamm and Warnemünde for yourself
Sporting activities:
At the Salzhaff, which is excellently suited for water sports, you will find very good sailing schools with courses for young and old ( sailing course for children, sailing course for adults, individual lesson incl. boat and instructor).
Of course, you can also acquire a number of driving licences at the water sports school in Rerik. Among others - official sport boat licence sea (motor), official sport boat licence inland (motor/sail), sport coastal boat licence (SKS), sail or motor, navigation training
A surf school, directly on the lagoon, as well as a boat rental with various types of boats: Rowing, canoeing, sailing and motor boats. Furthermore, a kite and surf school offers various courses.

On the Baltic side, the Baltic Sea with an endless natural sandy beach invites you to sunbathe, play, build castles, collect "chicken gods", swim in the clean, crystal-clear sea water, dive and fish (there is the possibility to acquire a fishing licence for a limited time)
You can also try out your sporting skills or continue your training on the nearby golf course, polo field and tennis courts.

A small indoor swimming pool is only a 10-minute walk away
On the outskirts of the village you will find a beautiful public Kneipp facility.
Experience black light mini golf in Bastdorf.
The climbing park in Kühlungsborn offers lots of fun and challenges for young and old.
There is also a public indoor wellness leisure pool here.
And then there is the summer cinema, the children's library with reading sessions, the adventure smokehouse, landing net fishing on the lagoon

The guided boat tours from the Haff jetty give impressive insights into the history of Rerik, the peninsula of
Rerik, the Wustrow peninsula and the animal and water world.
Take a trip with the two ships MS Ostseebad Rerik and MS Salzhaff.
Take a fishing trip with the MS Salzhaff.
With the narrow-gauge steam train "Molli" you can enjoy old nostalgia from Bad Doberan to Kühlungsborn.

Cancellation Policy: 1. The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement up to 45 days before the start of the lease. Any deposit already paid will be retained. 2. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement between 44 and 31 days before the start of the lease, the tenant is obliged to pay 50% of the agreed rental price, despite not using the contractual service. 3. Starting from 30 days before the beginning of the lease, the tenant has no right of withdrawal.

Toller Urlaub
We were 4 in the holiday apartment. Apart from the very poorly receivable WiFi, everything was great. The faulty light bulb in the hallway was replaced on the same day. We were very satisfied and would come back again.

Great holiday apartments
I can only recommend the holiday apartment for families. The apartment is nicely furnished. The way to the sea/Salzhaff is great. The view from the balcony to the Salzhaff is simply superb. I would always like to rent this apartment again and also recommend it to others.
