Description
Relax in our newly renovated in 2025, comfortably furnished holiday apartment (50 m²), which is located just a few steps from the wide, white sandy beach of Kühlungsborn. The bright living area, harmoniously furnished with attention to detail, features a large double terrace door leading to the southwest-facing balcony, a leather couch with armchair, and a 43" HD smart TV (cable & internet).
Adjacent to this is the integrated dining area and the open, fully equipped new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and much more. The one bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (180 x 200), a flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe for your holiday clothes.
The second bedroom is equipped with a cabin bed (80 x 200), which can be pulled out to a double bed (160 x 200).
Both bedrooms are fitted with opaque blackout blinds and
protect you (if desired) from incoming light, thus allowing you
a healthy and restful sleep. The apartment has a daylight bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror.
Next to the house entrance there is a lockable bicycle room.
Our apartment on the 1st floor is furnished for rental to up to 4 people.
For our smallest guests, a travel cot & high chair are available free of charge.
On request, your well-behaved family dog is also welcome for a small additional fee. On our sunny southwest-facing balcony, balcony furniture awaits you, inviting you to relax and unwind.
One (1) parking space for a car, directly at the house, is included. DSL internet flat rate (suitable for home office) is included for our guests via Wi-Fi.
Our apartment is a NON-SMOKING APARTMENT! and is located in a quiet and very close-to-the-beach location, directly behind the beach in the West district. In the immediate vicinity are the colonnades, a small promenade with numerous shops, cafés, restaurants, a coffee roastery, pizzeria and ice cream parlor, as well as shopping facilities and a laundromat.
Fresh rolls for your holiday breakfast can be found in the numerous bakeries in town, all within walking distance.
Throughout the town there are numerous opportunities to rent bicycles,
so you can explore the surroundings on the well-developed network of cycle paths.

Great apartment
A lovingly furnished holiday apartment, exactly to our taste. Everything looks just like in the pictures. Nothing was missing. The landlord was very nice. We will happily come back.

Pure relaxation
A wonderful, nicely furnished little holiday flat, the two of us felt very comfortable. Only a few metres from the beach. Everything you need is within walking distance. Very nice contact with the landlady Mrs Andrä. Thank you very much.
