Large living room with kitchen and bay window:
The entire flat (except the bathroom) has been fitted with a floor in ship plank look, which radiates a cosy atmosphere. The open kitchen area is integrated into the living room. The modern handleless high-gloss kitchen gives the room an exceptional contemporary character. The kitchen equipment with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, electric kitchen high cupboard, designer extractor bonnet, fridge with freezer compartment, as well as other kitchen utensils such as kettle, toaster, stirrer, coffee machine, Villeroy & Boch crockery, Villeroy & Boch cutlery, leaves nothing to be desired. The comfortable couch in an appealing fabric design with ottoman is a high-quality pull-out couch with slatted frame (1.60 m x 2.00 m) in normal bed height for an extra bed for the person. You sleep just as well on this couch as in a bed! The couch can be folded out and converted into a full-size bed in one easy step, and the bedding can be stored in the ottoman. To fold up the couch, only one handle is needed again, so that the bed can be made up in a matter of seconds. Matching the colour of the sofa, designer lamps in stone look in the feel-good colours of sand and cream are placed to the left and right of the sofa. In front of the couch is a walnut coffee table, which can be easily moved away thanks to the attached castors. A sea painting by a well-known local artist hangs on the couch wall. Next to the couch is a Hülsta showcase with lots of storage space and built-in wellness lighting, which changes colour according to taste. A flat-screen TV and a radio with CD player as well as exclusive decorative items round off the living room. Of course, you can use the free Wi-Fi internet and the board games provided
In the bay window,
which can be accessed via a one-step landing and is painted in a warm golden colour, there is a solid wood walnut table with adjustable Hülsta chairs. From the bay window, there is a beautiful all-round view of the promenade and the sea as well as the beach from all three windows. There is a floor lamp in one bay window and a Brinkmann showcase with plenty of storage space in the other bay window.
Bedroom/dressing room/bathroom:
Adjacent to the living room is the bedroom with luxurious box-spring bed, which offers a high level of sleeping comfort. The box-spring bed ensures the best comfort due to its construction: the base frame made of solid wood frame and supportive lower mattress with pocket spring core is complemented by a second mattress, by the 1000-spring barrel pocket spring core mattress with optimal body adaptability and excellent point elasticity. On top lies the so-called topper made of pressure-relieving Visco foam, which also adapts optimally to the body. With a lying height of 65 cm, you will feel like you are walking on air and will be perfectly rested every day. The gold wall in wiping technique behind the bed with wall lighting in the shape of stars and the bedside lamps, which go on and off by touch, promise a relaxed homely atmosphere. The natural-coloured wicker bedside tables complete the picture. Next to the bedroom is the dressing room. The bathroom, which is accessible from the dressing room and the bedroom, is equipped with Italian marble, WC, real glass shower, underfloor heating, hairdryer and large mirrors
Hallway/infrared heat cabin:
Separated from the sleeping area by a door is the hallway with wardrobe. The hallway, which is designed in sea colours and also decorated in a Mediterranean style, spreads a good-mood sea feeling as soon as you enter. The infrared cabin is located next door in a small wellness room. The infrared cabin is made by Armstarck from high-quality antibacterial cedar wood. The touch control panel outside or inside is easy to operate. Here you can set the application time and the temperature level (adjustable from 30 to 66 degrees). Infrared cabins work with deep heat and low temperature, so they are more compatible for your health than saunas. The pleasant warmth brings you guaranteed relaxation!

Our flat is located directly on the beach promenade with a wonderful
View of the sea. You reach the beach after 20m. There are various restaurants, cafés and other shops in the immediate vicinity. The pier and the pedestrian zone are within 5 minutes walking distance. Surroundings: Experience the beautiful Baltic resort of Binz with its classic spa architecture and 6 km of fine sandy dream beach. In Binz you can experience and discover a lot, but also find peace and quiet, depending on your taste. Binz is a year-round destination with numerous restaurants, shops, sights and a casino. The famous Baltic resort of Binz offers various entertainments throughout the year, theatre, concerts, festivals and events, guided tours, hikes, excursions, children's programmes, etc. From our holiday flat you can reach the beach in a few metres. In the immediate vicinity are various restaurants and a café as well as other shops. The pier and the pedestrian zone are within a 5-minute walk. You are also welcome to make interesting excursions into the surrounding area with the 2 bicycles, which are included in the rental price.

Perfect and very well located vacation rental.
A holiday apartment in a prime location with a view of the Baltic Sea. Despite the many visitors at Easter on the promenade, it was very quiet, but also interesting, because at every meal we had a special view of people and nature. After every trip, we could relax in the cozy vacation apartment. We lacked nothing. We particularly enjoyed the tour with the bicycles, which were provided by the vacation apartment and were well-maintained. We spent a wonderful relaxing holiday at Easter time on Rügen. Many thanks to the hosts.
