The approx. 60 sqm ecologically built granny annexe is located on the rear part of our property and has a separate entrance and its own terrace. It is tailored for four people, ideally a family with two children, and consists of:
- two separate bedrooms (ground floor and first floor) and an open bedroom on the gallery,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet,
- an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3-burner gas hob and ample crockery,
- a dining area,
- a living area with TV.
The kitchen equipment also includes a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. In addition, we have a DAB radio with Bluetooth.
A hairdryer is provided in the bathroom.
A garden table and four chairs are available for use on the terrace, as well as a barbecue
The car can be parked on the property. Two mountain bikes are part of the permanent equipment.
If you bring your own bicycles, they can be safely stored in our small shed.

The holiday home is located on a largely natural forest plot with old pine trees and is particularly suitable for young families with a sense of nature. In summer, the Borkheide natural swimming pool, only 450 metres away, invites you to cool off
Groceries for daily needs are available within walking distance at Netto and Edeka. Also in the immediate vicinity are an ATM (Sparkasse), a postal agency, a stationery shop and a nursery. The small forest community of Borkheide is characterised by its good location:
- On the one hand, the two large nature parks Nuthe-Nieplitz and Hoher Fläming invite you to a variety of activities. For example, there is a well-developed network of small and larger hiking routes, such as the Castle Hiking Trail and the Barefoot Hiking Trail, as well as cycle paths and small and larger lakes. The asparagus and adventure farm Klaistow is in the immediate vicinity. The former lung sanatorium in Beelitz-Heilstätten can be explored at dizzy heights via the treetop trail. Relaxing hours are guaranteed at the SteinTherme in Bad Belzig
- On the other hand, thanks to the good connections to the motorway and railway station, excursions to Berlin, Potsdam or Dessau are possible
