Description
It offers space of approx. 80 m² and is situated on a plot of 432 m². There is a living room, two bedrooms (sleeps 4), kitchen, bathroom and a large terrace. There is a parking space on the property. In the garden there is a small lawn for sunbathing as well as a beach chair, garden furniture with garden grill.
As the region is a true biker's paradise, two bicycles are of course at your disposal.

Our holiday home is located in the idyllic artists' village of Ferch. Just outside Potsdam and Berlin.
The house is located in a settlement in the forest, approx. 1.5 km from Lake Schwielow. Ferch is located southwest about 13 km from Potsdam and about 35 km from Berlin.
Visit the bonsai garden or the museum of the Havelländische Malerkolonie. You can indulge in culinary delights dirakt at the Schwielowsee in the Landhaus Ferch. In about 15 minutes by bike you can reach the sea buckthorn farm with its specialities. The old town of Werder is also worth a visit. There are numerous shopping opportunities in Werder.

Everything is very clean and quiet, but...
:
For 20 years, my wife and I have been traveling twice a year and always stay in vacation homes, except for one exception. So we have experience. Your house is well-maintained, everything is very clean, and the equipment is also good. The kitchen hood doesn't work, but that is known.
The fact that a guest is only allowed one shower towel and one hand towel for two weeks surprised us greatly, especially since there is nowhere to wash them or have them washed. Your house description doesn't help with this either.
The fact that the TV only works rudimentarily is a cheek, considering the rental price of the house! Especially since you should be aware of this fact, as the malfunction doesn't depend on "the guests" messing up the settings. The fact that your hardware can barely receive any terrestrial programs should be mentioned in your house description, as not everyone can make use of the program that is offered.

It was a very nice and relaxing vacation! The house is lovingly decorated, you can find everything you need. Wonderful peace and lots of nature all around! With our 2 dogs we could start directly from the house into the forest. Very friendly contact with the landlords! I can really recommend the house! We will definitely come back!

Peace and nature!
A very nice holiday home and above all it was very clean! If you are looking for peace and quiet, you will find it there... in the middle of the forest :-) The furnishings are really lovingly designed and you just feel at home. Unfortunately, we couldn't choose the weather, but we used the fireplace and it was cosy. Our dogs (should definitely be felted or treated for ticks) also loved it there. The only thing that wasn't so great was the very bumpy road to the house, but doesn't detract from the whole experience (and the owners aren't to blame for that either), because afterwards you were back in your cosy four walls. (Maybe it would be great if there was a washing machine on site, especially in bad weather or if you stay longer than a few days) Otherwise, we can only recommend this accommodation!

Those looking for peace and quiet will love this accommodation.
A very nice renovated fully equipped cottage in the forest. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a reading corner, beautiful modern furniture, bed linen, blankets and towels. In the garden there is a barbecue, a sitting area, a fire bowl and a beach shell. Everything you need to feel good. The owners are very friendly and helpful. It would be very desirable to have a bakery and shopping facilities nearby. However, the nearest bakery is easily accessible by bike. We will recommend the house again at any time

A very nice holiday in the middle of nature
Great holiday home in the middle of the forest, very clean, superbly equipped, everything you need is available in the kitchen incl. washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, spices, Zewa....
Well-kept furniture, very nice sunny terrace, you can always find a shady spot in the garden. Outside blinds, so it stays nice and cool inside.
Ferch is a very nice village with good restaurants and a small lido. Shopping facilities in Caputh (approx. 7 km) large Rewe, otherwise large shopping centre in Werder (Kaufland, Rossmann, DM, Aldi, Fressnapf, DIY store, pharmacy) approx. 9 km.
Ferch is an ideal starting point for excursions to beautiful Potsdam. Caputh and Werder are also worth a visit. You should also take a walk along the Fercher Uferweg. (Entrance opposite Japan. Bonsaigarten).
In Caputh, the Einstein House is well worth a visit, as is the beautiful lakeside promenade with its restaurants and the great ice cream parlour by the ferry.
The house is ideal for dogs, the property is fenced in, but for very small dogs that like to play, you should take a tow line and some cardboard to seal a few tiny gaps in the fence. The walking paths start directly behind the garden gate, it doesn't get any better than this. There are vets in Werder. Food bowl also in Werder.
We had a great holiday in a very nice cottage in the middle of the forest. The way is a bit difficult but it's worth it. You can't find a nicer place to stay.
We will gladly come again

Absolutely recommendable
A house to feel good in. Well enough for 4 people. In the middle of the forest. If you are looking for peace and nature, you will find it there. A nice terrace is available. Bicycles are also available. Nothing is missing in terms of equipment in the house. A large kitchen is fully equipped. Only the access road to the house is a bit bumpy.

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage
Wir haben dieses Ferienhaus bereits zum 2. Mal gebucht. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, an kühlen Abenden kann man den Kamin anheizen. Wenn es das Wetter zulässt, sitzt man sehr schön auf der großen Terasse mit Blick auf den Wald. Für einen Grillabend ist ein moderner Grill vorhanden. Die Gegend lädt zu langen Spaziergängen ein. Insgesamt haben wir uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.

Klasse!
Wir haben hier 2 Wochen Urlaub mit unserem Hund gemacht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ausstattung ist top und gepflegt. Das Häuschen ist für max. 4 Personen ausgelegt mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Bei der Einrichtung hat man sich offensichtlich wirklich Mühe gegeben. Das zeigen auch Details wie fest installierte Fliegengitter an den Schlafzimmerfenstern.
Keine "entsorgten" Möbel und ausrangierte Küchenutensilien wie man es häufig in FeWos findet.
Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Haartrockner, WLAN, Schwedenofen, große und schöne Dusche, Spiele, Bücher, SmartTV, alles da, was man braucht!
Jetzt auch ein Korkenzieher!

Holiday home in the forest
The holiday home can be reached via an unpaved forest path of approx. 1 km from the main road in the centre of the village. It is picturesquely situated directly in the forest. It is very modernly equipped and in a very clean condition. However, since the house is very far from the water, a garden shower during the hot season would help to cool down a bit. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable. However, the idyll was somewhat spoiled by the close proximity to the motorway (rolling and also some engine noises could be heard from time to time). But we were able to come to terms with it.
