Luxury Villa Bane for 10+2 people, overlooking the sea/islands:
The villa has a 32m2 heated trapezoidal pool with an attached whirlpool featuring hydromassage and a sitting bench for 4 adults, both with synchronized water temperature for ultimate relaxation. Additional outside space contains a lovely covered dining facility, beautifully furnished sun deck, and a soft seating area, all of which overlook the sea. Also, there is a built-in BBQ around the corner, possibly supporting the idea of alfresco living.
Villa Bane has 3 floors, with five bedrooms, one playroom, and a total of 6 bathrooms + 1 toilet. It has several balconies and terraces, and a fitness room in the basement. It is fully fenced and has 3-4 closed garage spaces, and the pool area is discreetly fenced from view so you have your privacy.
Villa Bane is fully furnished with 9 A/C units and heating throughout the entire house and all 5 bedrooms, a swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor barbecue next to the entrance, TV, free fast Wi-Fi, and all the comforts you need to make this your home away from home.
-Ground floor:
The main entrance places you into the spacious living and dining area with an exit to the pool area and a view of the sea. In the living room, you have 2 A/C, a TV, exit to the terrace. You and your loved ones can sink into the comfortable sofas. The living area is connected with the kitchen and dining area, and all are very spacious. There is a pantry next to the kitchen and also a toilet on the ground floor. The large and beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, four-ring electric stove, dishwasher, pots and pans, plates and silverware, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and microwave.
-First floor:
Bedroom NO1 with a double bed 180*200 and a sofa bed per person 90*200. It has a full bathroom with a shower (en-suite). It has a door in order to access the outside terrace with a sea view (together with Bedroom No. 2).
Bedroom NO2 has two single beds 90*200, which can be connected as one double. It has a full bathroom with a shower (en-suite). It has a door in order to access the outside terrace with a sea view (together with Bedroom No. 1).
Spacious playroom with TV, game console PS4, and toys, a great place for children of all ages.
-Second floor:
Bedroom NO3 with a double bed 180*200 and a sofa bed per person 90*200, it has a full bathroom with a shower (en-suite). It has a door in order to access the outside terrace with a sea view (together with Bedroom No. 4).
Bedroom NO4 has two single beds 90*200, which can be connected as one double. It has a full bathroom with a shower (en-suite). It has a door in order to access the outside terrace with a sea view (together with Bedroom No. 3).
Bedroom NO5 with a double bed 180*200, it has a full bathroom with a bath (en-suite). Possibility of adding a baby cot.

Villa Bane in Duce is only 120 m away from the beautiful sandy beach, with stunning views of the sea and the islands. In the immediate vicinity are restaurants, shops, downtown, etc.
Omiš, the small Mediterranean town with a long history, is only 2 km away, the river Cetina is only 3 km away, and it offers an incredible view of the gorge and the beautiful surrounding countryside, where you can engage in sports. The famous city of Split is only 21 km away.
You will be located in Duće, 120 m from the sand beach, 2 km from Omiš, 3 km from the river Cetina, 21 km from the town Split, and 18 km from the highway exit Blato na Cetini.

Incredibly beautiful villa
Beautiful and spacious villa. Sanja and Ante are excellent and warm hosts. They have put in a lot of effort and we felt very comfortable. The beach, a beach bar, and a great restaurant are in close proximity.

Absolute recommendation to all!! 10/10 points.
It started off great with the warm welcome from Ante and Sanja, who had prepared a table with Dalmatian dishes for us. After a short tour of the house, we were able to settle in. The two hosts were always incredibly friendly and helpful.
The house was immaculate. Super cozy and modernly furnished. Very clean! Each room was beautifully decorated and had its own bathroom, which is perfect for families or larger groups. In addition, there is a large garage with space for up to three vehicles. In the basement, there is a great hobby room with a pool table, elliptical trainer, and massage chair (Definitely try out the chair!). Even for this hobby room, there is an extra toilet.
The kitchen was fabulously equipped with a large refrigerator and ice crusher, kitchen island, and all the utensils you need. The refrigerator had already been filled with drinks by Ante and Sanja. From the very first second until the last, we felt very, very comfortable here. The lovely Sanja even baked traditional dishes and delicacies for us several times. They provided us with a book with all the information about the house and the area. There are great bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets nearby. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. From the balconies or the pool, you have a great view of the sea. The whole family spent a lot of time in the heated pool and the jacuzzi. We really didn't miss anything on this vacation, our expectations were far exceeded. We are sure that we will come back!

Great villa, great holiday, highly recommended.
Even before our arrival, we had very nice Whatsapp contact with the landlord. We arrived with a group of 10 women.
Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Sanja, Ante, and their son, and greeted with a table covered with ham, cheese, bread, fresh fruit, and a refrigerator filled with cold drinks.
After a short tour of the indoor and outdoor areas, we were able to move into the house. The house immediately impressed us with its cozy modern furnishings with tasteful decorations, the beautifully designed outdoor area, and the bright, spacious, and clean bedrooms with bathrooms, balconies, and sea views. All rooms are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning, which was very pleasant during our trip with outdoor temperatures of over 30 degrees.
The care provided by Sanja and Ante was excellent as well. The recommended restaurants, the arrangement of the taxi service, which took us anywhere at any time and picked us up again, and many other recommendations were excellent.
But the beautiful evening in the house with a Dalmatian meal prepared by Sanja, the homemade wine from Ante's father, and the incomparable chocolate cake will always remain in our memory.
From the first to the last day, we felt comfortable all around and can highly recommend a vacation at Villa Band.

Perfection
Sanja and her family are the wonderful hosts of Villa Bane. We were greeted by them and a wonderful Croatian buffet on our first night with wine. The kitchen has every piece of equipment you would need. The outdoor facilities were fantastic, The pool was well used by our group of 11 and the hot tub was great! The rooms are spacious, all with ensuite and air conditioning. Near the beach and the wonderful Shooko Bar and the bus to take you to Omis and Split. Sanja recommended a trip with Mate in the Boat Paula - definitely the highlight of our trip. The restaurants she recommended were also very good. Near the end of the trip she brought us homemade cake and wine. Do not hesitate to book this Villa if you are browsing, it will not disappoint.

Pure vacation
Traveling as a group, the vacation started with an extremely warm welcome - with a set table with a great snack and drinks. The spacious, modern house is furnished with great attention to detail and sparkles with cleanliness! During the week, there was a homemade chocolate cake surprise from the hostess, homemade wine, and grape pomace from the "guest father" for the birthday. On top of that, the weather was great, we felt very, very comfortable!! Warm greetings and thanks to the whole family from the group from Wittgenstein.
