Incredibly beautiful villa

Beautiful and spacious villa. Sanja and Ante are excellent and warm hosts. They have put in a lot of effort and we felt very comfortable. The beach, a beach bar, and a great restaurant are in close proximity.

Absolute recommendation to all!! 10/10 points.

It started off great with the warm welcome from Ante and Sanja, who had prepared a table with Dalmatian dishes for us. After a short tour of the house, we were able to settle in. The two hosts were always incredibly friendly and helpful.
The house was immaculate. Super cozy and modernly furnished. Very clean! Each room was beautifully decorated and had its own bathroom, which is perfect for families or larger groups. In addition, there is a large garage with space for up to three vehicles. In the basement, there is a great hobby room with a pool table, elliptical trainer, and massage chair (Definitely try out the chair!). Even for this hobby room, there is an extra toilet.
The kitchen was fabulously equipped with a large refrigerator and ice crusher, kitchen island, and all the utensils you need. The refrigerator had already been filled with drinks by Ante and Sanja. From the very first second until the last, we felt very, very comfortable here. The lovely Sanja even baked traditional dishes and delicacies for us several times. They provided us with a book with all the information about the house and the area. There are great bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets nearby. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. From the balconies or the pool, you have a great view of the sea. The whole family spent a lot of time in the heated pool and the jacuzzi. We really didn't miss anything on this vacation, our expectations were far exceeded. We are sure that we will come back!

Great villa, great holiday, highly recommended.

Even before our arrival, we had very nice Whatsapp contact with the landlord. We arrived with a group of 10 women.
Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Sanja, Ante, and their son, and greeted with a table covered with ham, cheese, bread, fresh fruit, and a refrigerator filled with cold drinks.
After a short tour of the indoor and outdoor areas, we were able to move into the house. The house immediately impressed us with its cozy modern furnishings with tasteful decorations, the beautifully designed outdoor area, and the bright, spacious, and clean bedrooms with bathrooms, balconies, and sea views. All rooms are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning, which was very pleasant during our trip with outdoor temperatures of over 30 degrees.
The care provided by Sanja and Ante was excellent as well. The recommended restaurants, the arrangement of the taxi service, which took us anywhere at any time and picked us up again, and many other recommendations were excellent.
But the beautiful evening in the house with a Dalmatian meal prepared by Sanja, the homemade wine from Ante's father, and the incomparable chocolate cake will always remain in our memory.
From the first to the last day, we felt comfortable all around and can highly recommend a vacation at Villa Band.

Perfection

Sanja and her family are the wonderful hosts of Villa Bane. We were greeted by them and a wonderful Croatian buffet on our first night with wine. The kitchen has every piece of equipment you would need. The outdoor facilities were fantastic, The pool was well used by our group of 11 and the hot tub was great! The rooms are spacious, all with ensuite and air conditioning. Near the beach and the wonderful Shooko Bar and the bus to take you to Omis and Split. Sanja recommended a trip with Mate in the Boat Paula - definitely the highlight of our trip. The restaurants she recommended were also very good. Near the end of the trip she brought us homemade cake and wine. Do not hesitate to book this Villa if you are browsing, it will not disappoint.

Pure vacation

Traveling as a group, the vacation started with an extremely warm welcome - with a set table with a great snack and drinks. The spacious, modern house is furnished with great attention to detail and sparkles with cleanliness! During the week, there was a homemade chocolate cake surprise from the hostess, homemade wine, and grape pomace from the "guest father" for the birthday. On top of that, the weather was great, we felt very, very comfortable!! Warm greetings and thanks to the whole family from the group from Wittgenstein.

Family vacation like in a picture book

We spent 11 wonderful days at Villa Bane in Omis. The villa is very luxurious, generously designed, and each of the 5 truly beautiful bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom, so we all had our privacy. The kitchen is a dream, starting from the cooking island to the ice crusher on the refrigerator. Everyone felt right at home because the villa was furnished by Antje and Sanja with great care, lots of passion, and attention to detail. Everything was new and in impeccable condition; nothing was lacking - and every wish was promptly fulfilled (in our case, it was a food processor and a blender). The view from all balconies directly overlooking the sea was wonderful. Ante and Sanja themselves are incredibly warm-hearted people. We were not only impressed by the warm welcome but also by the dinner waiting for us upon arrival. Even the refrigerator was stocked with drinks; this is how arriving is really enjoyable. We had a Dalmatian dinner cooked by Sanja, which was not only very tasty but also lasted for two evenings. Additionally, Sanja sweetly baked for us in between. And Papa Ante... he always had a little schnapps ready for us on the terrace. We didn't feel like guests anymore ;-)
We were particularly surprised by the friendliness with which we were welcomed everywhere. Nothing was artificial, but truly authentic and warm-hearted. The Shooko Bar a few meters away from the villa is highly recommended. But be careful: a "small pizza" is already more than enough. If you accidentally order the large size, you still get the leftovers packed ;-) We were 3 generations at Villa Bane and each generation had fun and felt totally comfortable. A clear recommendation for us if you love high-quality vacations, so definitely 10 out of 10 points.

Whoever doesn't vacation here is to blame. 100% recommendation!

It is one of those few accommodations that inspire excitement when looking at the pictures. The reality tops it all.
The house is equipped at the highest level. A large refrigerator with ice cube function. Sufficient dishes, pots, cutlery, glasses, etc. are available without having to be frugal with kitchen resources. Also, the effort in the kitchen was hardly worth mentioning due to the existing dishwasher. The kitchen definitely invites you to take care of yourself on several evenings. This also includes an outdoor grill. This is just fun. Within walking distance, there are a few nice restaurants. We recommend the Sidrobar, which delivered pizza directly to our house, and also the Dalmacija restaurant. Just around the corner, there is a small mini-market to quickly buy something. Otherwise, it's a 3-minute drive to the large Studenac supermarket with a large parking lot. The air conditioning in the rooms is super quiet and ensures a pleasant and restful sleep even on hot nights. The arrangement of the air conditioning is well thought out, so that it never blows towards the headboard or is located directly above the bed. In the evening, the beautiful ambient lighting around the house and the pool invite you to linger for a long time. Even in the rain, the evening can be enjoyed outside thanks to the clever covering. A large flat-screen TV with various German and foreign channels is available. Wi-Fi reception was excellent throughout the house and in the pool area. There are plenty of drying racks (3 in total). And of course, a special mention must be made of the hosts Sanja & Ante, who welcomed us with a small welcome meal & drinks and surprised us. They were always available if there were any questions or something was missing. Toilet paper, kitchen paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, etc. will be provided in sufficient quantities free of charge the next morning with a short notice to them. Truly, nothing was missing on this vacation. We will come back!

A DREAM on the Croatian coast - TOP!

We had a dreamy holiday in this fantastic house - 4 adults and 2 children (12 and 16 years old)! We felt comfortable from the beginning, everything you need is there - top and luxuriously furnished. Plenty of space throughout the house, large living kitchen with high-quality equipment. Beautiful pool with lounge, sunbeds, and a sensational view of the sea. Smaller shops, a cool bar, and the beach within walking distance just a few meters away. The landlords are very attentive to their guests - on the first evening a great local welcome dinner and always available for any questions regarding the holiday with tips and contacts. We felt very comfortable and will spend 1-2 weeks there again next year. Ideal for 1-2 families up to a maximum of 10 people.

super luxury vacation

The villa is highly recommended. Really everything is great. We stayed in Villa Paradise and can only say everything from the pool to the basement is fantastic. The beach is 1 minute away and there is also a restaurant and cocktail bar right next door. A small supermarket is about 2 minutes away. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Starting with a welcome dinner and ending with a cake, we were surprised. So don't hesitate - book now.

Simply Stunning

It is with great pleasure to be reviewing and commenting on this simply stunning property. My wife, children and I visited very recently and were blown away by the luxury and offering at hand. The hosts understand guests' needs and are at hand at any given time. The last evening was exceptional - the hosts laid on a traditional Dalmatian dinner for us; to our surprise and greatfulness. Thank you very much for everything, your place is impressive, the views to die for and we are mentioning the cleanliness, as it was of a 5* standard!
