Description
Villa Paradise is a part of a semi-detached house owned by two brothers and each offered separately for a maximum of twelve person (10+2) and organized to have their privacy. It is set a little bit up the hill in a more peaceful area and is just 120 m from the most beautiful sand beach in this area.
Villa Paradise has a 32m2 heated pool with a smaller part for children. On the sun deck area, there are deck chairs, comfortable outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining table with chairs.
Villa Paradise has three floors, with five bedrooms, one playroom, and a total of 5 bathrooms + 2 toilets, it has several balconies and terraces and your private billiards in the basement. It is fully fenced and has 3 garage places, and the pool area is discreetly fenced from view so you have your privacy.
Villa Paradise is fully furnished with 8 A/C units and heating throughout the entire house and bedrooms, a swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue next to the entrance, a TV, free fast Wi-Fi, and all the comforts you need to make this your home away from home.
-Ground floor:
The main entrance places you into the spacious living area with an exit to the pool area and a view of the sea. In the living room, you have air conditioning, a TV, fireplace for post-season time. The living area is connected with the kitchen and dining area and is all very spacious. There is a pantry next to the kitchen and also a toilet on the ground floor. The large and beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, four-ring electric stove, dishwasher, pots and pans, plates and silverware, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and microwave.
-First floor:
Bedroom NO1 with double bed 180*200, and a full bathroom with shower (en-suite). It has a door in order to access the outside terrace with a sea view (together with Bedroom No2).
Bedroom NO2 has two single beds 90*200 which can be connected as one double it has a full bathroom with a shower (en-suite). It has a door in order to access the outside terrace with a sea view (together with Bedroom No1).
Spacious playroom with 2 sofas which can be open in additional beds, a TV, game console, and toys, a great place for children of all ages.
-Second floor:
Bedroom NO3 with double bed 180*200, it has a full bathroom with shower (en-suite). It has a door in order to access the outside terrace with a sea view (together with Bedroom No4).
Bedroom NO4 has two single beds 90*200 which can be connected as one double it has a full bathroom with a shower (en-suite). It has a door in order to access the outside terrace with a sea view (together with Bedroom No3).
Bedroom NO5 with double bed 180*200 has a full bathroom with bath (en-suite). Possibility of adding a baby cot in any room you choose.

VILLA PARADISE is a newly built villa in Duće just 2 km from Omiš. Very well equipped and luxury decorated with high standard and we guarantee that you will enjoy all offered.
With a fantastic sea view from the property, you are also within walking distance from restaurants, shops, town, There is a popular bar/pizzeria/restaurant Shooko set on the sand beach just 120 m from the villa that offers a lot at any time of day (you can see on photos).
To your disposal is also the offer to have traditional Dalmatian meals prepared for you. Ask the owner to agree on terms.

Top 5 places to see before you die
Amazing hosts! Ivica and Natalija are just the MOST hospitable people i have come across so far and its hard to top that kind of service! The villa is super clean and everything is so new! Only a 3min stroll to the beach, a lovely bar and a wonderful little restaurant. Have been a few times to this place and love going there over and over again.
recommend for: adventure and experience, seniors, holiday with children, holiday with pet, cultural and sightseeing holiday, holiday for singles, beach holiday, romantic holiday

Beautiful villa
We were welcomed by very nice people, Natahlija and her daughter showed us the beautiful house and spoiled us with a full fridge and local specialities. We felt very welcome and always had someone to talk to if we had any questions. The father-in-law spoke very good German. The house has a beautiful view of the sea and if you don't want to go to the sea there is a great heated pool. The house is very spacious and modern, nothing was missing. We were there in the off-season and the weather was wonderful, it was still very warm and we had the clean beach to ourselves. The water was crystal clear and warm.
