Description
Villa Allegra is a luxurious villa situated in a unique location. Situated on a hill with a splendid view of the Adriatic Sea, the house with Mediterranean flair is a place with a lot of opportunities for recreation.
Sea and beautiful sandy beach are only 300 m away from the villa, the house is surrounded by green nature and offers amazing sea views.
The living area is fully airconditioned, bright, cozy, and equipped with high standards.
The ground floor level offers you a living area with a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, Nespresso, and filter coffee ), a TV area (with PlayStation and DVD) is an ideal retreat and leads directly to the spacious terrace with an outdoor dining area with sea views, barbecue area as well as to the heated 32m2 swimming pool at a lower level with spacious sun deck area with 6 sun deck chairs.
Three bedrooms are located on the first floor: Bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and terrace with sea views, Bedroom with double bed and terrace with sea views, Bedroom with 2 single beds; a family bathroom with shower is located at bedroom level also.
There is a welcome buffet with Croatian prosciutto, cheese, snacks, wine, and drinks.
Access to all areas of the house is guaranteed at all times.
Parking spaces are available before the house entrance.
Ana and Goran Pekas are the landlords of the house and await you at all times and are at your disposal for any questions or concerns. The couple speaks German, Croatian, and English.

Location and surroundings of object
Small village Duće, 2 km far from Omiš. The environment is quiet, close to nature and is situated on the heights of the Croatian coast. Only a few minutes away is Omis, a stunning town of Dalmatian-medieval architecture.
It offers opportunity for shopping, and eating and has a cozy nightlife. The sandy beach of Duce is one of the most famous and popular in the region, suitable for young and old with numerous bathing and sports activities.

Best accommodation we have ever had
Without hesitation we give full points in every category. The house and especially the terrace with the beautiful pool and the chillout lounge overlooking the sea is super nice whether for cosy evenings or to start the day with a delicious breakfast (we had booked Martin Grubisa, a private chef and he and Josip prepared delicious breakfasts and dinners for us, highly recommended!)
We found the villa in top modern condition and above all totally clean and lacking nothing. It is just as chic as it looks in the pictures. The owner Goran welcomed us on the first day with a delicious lunch, showed us everything and answered our questions immediately via Whatsapp during the week and even sent a specialist over (we didn't know whether the pool was heated, but everything worked...).
Simply an excellent overall impression and we would recommend Villa Allegra in Duce to anyone without hesitation!

That was so beautiful!
Ana and Goran are wonderful hosts and are always there for you if you need anything.
We were welcomed with a very tasty meal and a small tour.
The villa is very nicely and modernly furnished. You have everything you need and it is only a short walk to the nearest supermarket
The beach and the beautiful city centre are also within easy reach.
We liked it so much that we will be back in 2022 and are already looking forward to it.
