Seaview Villa Milla is a brand new and spacious 4-bedroom villa with a lot of natural light through the large glazed window surfaces, that is perfect for family gatherings and relaxing holidays. Located in a small coastal place Duće offers 4 en-suite bedrooms with sea views, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, and a nicely decorated living room. Carefully selected blue and white tones for the interior inspire a feeling of calm and comfort in the coastal atmosphere. Less than 250m to get to sandy and pebble beaches, restaurants, and town, less than 5 min drive to Omiš and Cetina river with many attractions and activities... or you can just enjoy the amazing views this area offers in a quiet and friendly surrounding.
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by the homeowner who will be on hand throughout your holiday. Villa Mila offers the modern eclectic interior design of a 270sqm living area that is fully air-conditioned with free WiFi, located on a fully fenced 340 sqm property, all exclusively for you. There are 3 secured parking places at the property...
* The outdoor area offers a private swimming pool 8m x 4m with hydro massage, a sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, a comfy lounge corner, an outdoor shower, an outdoor covered dining area with a dining table for 8 people with a barbecue, a TV, and a fridge. From every corner of the property, you are overviewing the sea and the island Brač. A few steps below is a room with a spacious Finnis sauna, a Treadmill, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
* The ground floor offers a modern fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay (Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave oven....and more) with an exit to the pool area. There is a living and dining area overlooking the pool and sea, offering comfortable sofas with a flat-screen TV, A/C, a dining area for 8 people, and a direct approach to the outdoor dining area and pool. A few steps up there is a separate toilet.
* The first floor offers Bedroom No. 1 with a king-size bed 180 x 200cm, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with sea views. Bedroom No2 with a king-size bed 180 x 200cm, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with sea views (shared with Bedroom No1). A few steps up take you to a laundry with a washing machine, a dryer, and an ironing corner.
* The second floor offers bedroom No. 3 with a king-size bed 180 x 200cm, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with sea views. Bedroom No.4 with a king-size bed 180 x 200cm, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with sea views (shared with Bedroom No.3).

A modern house with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean!!!
We really felt super comfortable here. The hostess is also a wonderfully warm person who looks after the well-being of her guests with joy! Highly recommended and we would always love to book this accommodation in this great country again!!!! Thank you again from all of us !
