Top accommodation in a very quiet location

The extremely comfortable and high-quality house with a convenience store around the corner and the town of Omis about 4km away (35min by foot) offers an incredible amount of space for at least 8 people. A huge kitchen-living room area estimated to be about 80 square meters, all very modern and high-quality furnished, as well as all rooms, bathrooms, and toilets. Elevated hillside location with a great view of the sea, a very large terrace with shaded areas throughout the day and modern, almost new pool loungers by the great pool. Below, a really cozy barbecue area under olive trees with a large dining table, running water, plates, cutlery, even briquettes and firelighters were there. Also here everything new, modern, well thought-out, high-quality, very cozy.

Ivan, the good spirit of the house, helped and supported us, THANK YOU Ivan. The hostess was very nice, always helpful, and very quick to respond. Again, THANK YOU for that. All in all, we were super satisfied and excited. Thank you for the nice stay, we would love to come back!

Relaxing vacation among olive trees

The villa and the kitchen are fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday. A first load of bread and fruit as well as soft drinks were waiting for us as a welcome - thank you very much for this! In addition, bed linen and plenty of towels for the sun loungers and the pool are provided, which can also be washed directly in the villa's laundry room if necessary. Overall, everything has been thought of here - from sound systems in the rooms that can be controlled via Bluetooth, outdoor lighting for the seating areas, and entertainment options such as billiards, table tennis, or darts. Or the wellness area with a hot tub and sauna in case the weather is bad. The villa is also very clean (a short cleaning is even offered for the weekend!). The garden area and the pool were also cleaned almost daily (we were there just when the olive trees were in bloom). The highlight is the large, open Croatian grill in the garden, directly under the olive trees. Suitable grill utensils would have been good here too.
The location of the villa is also perfect. Only about a 2-minute walk from the beach and only about 25 minutes from Split. Smaller shops for daily needs can be reached on foot or in 5 minutes by car. Action fans are also well catered for. In the climbing mecca of Omis, there are suitable rock walls and a via ferrata for beginners and professionals. And for cooling off, a rafting or canyoning tour on the Cetina River is recommended.
We were all absolutely thrilled and would have loved to spend another week in this beautiful accommodation. Special thanks also go to Ivan, who was always available to us during our entire stay and who put us in a holiday mood with his relaxed and pleasant manner right from the start.

Great villa, great holiday, highly recommended.

Even before our arrival, we had very nice Whatsapp contact with the landlord. We arrived with a group of 10 women.
Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Sanja, Ante, and their son, and greeted with a table covered with ham, cheese, bread, fresh fruit, and a refrigerator filled with cold drinks.
After a short tour of the indoor and outdoor areas, we were able to move into the house. The house immediately impressed us with its cozy modern furnishings with tasteful decorations, the beautifully designed outdoor area, and the bright, spacious, and clean bedrooms with bathrooms, balconies, and sea views. All rooms are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning, which was very pleasant during our trip with outdoor temperatures of over 30 degrees.
The care provided by Sanja and Ante was excellent as well. The recommended restaurants, the arrangement of the taxi service, which took us anywhere at any time and picked us up again, and many other recommendations were excellent.
But the beautiful evening in the house with a Dalmatian meal prepared by Sanja, the homemade wine from Ante's father, and the incomparable chocolate cake will always remain in our memory.
From the first to the last day, we felt comfortable all around and can highly recommend a vacation at Villa Band.

Where can I eat out in Duce?

In the mornings, just a coffee in a kavana (café bar)? That's enough for many Dalmatians to start the day. The second breakfast, from late morning onwards, is when larger meals are consumed. This often involves a hearty snack, e.g., cold roast slices, olives, marinated anchovies, cheese, and wine diluted with tap water.
