Top accommodation in a very quiet location

The extremely comfortable and high-quality house with a convenience store around the corner and the town of Omis about 4km away (35min by foot) offers an incredible amount of space for at least 8 people. A huge kitchen-living room area estimated to be about 80 square meters, all very modern and high-quality furnished, as well as all rooms, bathrooms, and toilets. Elevated hillside location with a great view of the sea, a very large terrace with shaded areas throughout the day and modern, almost new pool loungers by the great pool. Below, a really cozy barbecue area under olive trees with a large dining table, running water, plates, cutlery, even briquettes and firelighters were there. Also here everything new, modern, well thought-out, high-quality, very cozy.

Ivan, the good spirit of the house, helped and supported us, THANK YOU Ivan. The hostess was very nice, always helpful, and very quick to respond. Again, THANK YOU for that. All in all, we were super satisfied and excited. Thank you for the nice stay, we would love to come back!

Great villa, great holiday, highly recommended.

Even before our arrival, we had very nice Whatsapp contact with the landlord. We arrived with a group of 10 women.
Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Sanja, Ante, and their son, and greeted with a table covered with ham, cheese, bread, fresh fruit, and a refrigerator filled with cold drinks.
After a short tour of the indoor and outdoor areas, we were able to move into the house. The house immediately impressed us with its cozy modern furnishings with tasteful decorations, the beautifully designed outdoor area, and the bright, spacious, and clean bedrooms with bathrooms, balconies, and sea views. All rooms are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning, which was very pleasant during our trip with outdoor temperatures of over 30 degrees.
The care provided by Sanja and Ante was excellent as well. The recommended restaurants, the arrangement of the taxi service, which took us anywhere at any time and picked us up again, and many other recommendations were excellent.
But the beautiful evening in the house with a Dalmatian meal prepared by Sanja, the homemade wine from Ante's father, and the incomparable chocolate cake will always remain in our memory.
From the first to the last day, we felt comfortable all around and can highly recommend a vacation at Villa Band.

Wir lieben es, im Oktober nach Kroatien zu kommen, und auch diesmal wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Diese neue Villa strahlt Klasse und Stil aus und bietet atemberaubende Ausblicke. Das Innere ist stilvoll mit offenem Wohn- und Essbereich, einer schönen modernen Küche und der erstaunlichsten Treppe, die Sie je gesehen haben. Die 3 Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein eigenes Bad und sind alle groß genug, um als Masterschlafzimmer zu gelten. Der Balkon ist ein fantastischer Ort, um morgens oder abends zu sitzen - welch ein Sonnenuntergang!!! Der Außenbereich war auch perfekt proportioniert mit Sonnenbereich und Schwimmbad, wir hatten kein Auto, aber die Garage ist riesig, im Oktober haben die meisten Orte geschlossen, aber aus vergangenen Besuchen wussten wir, dass der Supermarkt zehn Minuten zu Fuß und Omis etwa zwanzig Minuten entfernt ist. Die Shooko Beach Bar ist ebenfalls geöffnet und etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, unter dem Hauptstraßentunnel zum Strand, erstaunliche Pizza. Alles in allem würden wir diese Villa sehr empfehlen, und beide Gastgeber waren großartig, so freundlich und bemüht, während Ihres Aufenthalts alle Fragen zu beantworten. Sie empfahlen eine lokale Masseurin, die zur Villa kommt, meine Frau hat dies gemacht und sie war wieder großartig. Wir würden nicht zögern, in Zukunft in diese Villa zurückzukehren.
