Description

Sunny 2-room holiday flat with south-facing balcony and a wonderful view of nature

The tastefully furnished bright living room with dining area, TV, music system and W-LAN ensures a good mood even on a rainy day
The bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe and sideboard offers plenty of storage space for your wardrobe. A TV is also available here, as well as a furniture safe
The extendable sitting area in the living room with a lying surface of 2.00 m x 1.25 m offers a generous third sleeping accommodation.
The fully equipped fitted kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets are provided.

A hairdryer and guest soap are standard in the new shower room.

W-LAN is free of charge for our guests.

Parking spaces are available at the house.

Location and surroundings of object

The flat is in a popular, quiet but central location, approx. 0.4 km from the centre of the village.
The nearest ski lift is approx. 0.5 km away.
The shopping markets are approx. 0.8 km away.
The cross-country skiing trails and hiking trails into the national park are only a few minutes' walk away

Braunlage in the heart of the Harz offers a variety of activities: Hiking trails into the Harz National Park, cross-country ski trails, alpine skiing on the Wurmberg, monster scooter riding, bike park, indoor swimming pool, ice stadium, bouldering hall and mini golf. The water world on the summit of the Wurmberg provides lots of fun for young and old in summer.
The surrounding towns such as Bad Harzburg, Goslar or Wernigerode and the Braunlager districts of Hohegeiß and Sankt Andreasberg are within easy reach. A ride on the Brockenbahn to the highest mountain in the Harz is certainly an experience.

The guest fee in Braunlage is €2.80 per adult person and €1.55 per day for a child aged 6 - 17.
With the Braunlage guest card you also have the possibility to use all bus connections in the Harz for free

Very nice holiday apartment centrally located

My two children and I really enjoyed our stay in the vacation apartment. It had everything we needed and was very nicely furnished. It is also very centrally located in the town, so we had short distances to walk. The contact with the landlord was very nice and friendly. We felt completely comfortable and can definitely recommend the apartment.

SIMPLY SUPER

We stayed for 4 days in this beautiful lovingly furnished holiday apartment.
We felt very comfortable. We lacked nothing.
Beautiful ground-level shower and thanks to the great beds (mattresses) we could sleep very well.
It's a pity that so many shops in the village are empty; the community should work on this, and it would make the village even more attractive.

Zweiter Aufenthalt

We booked this apartment again after two years, and it was the right decision. Everything was just like during the first visit, excellent. Additionally, there is a very nice, new, and modern bedroom. The contact with the Bergmann family is very warm. We can highly recommend it.

Superschön

We, a couple in our late 50s, stayed at the Bergmann vacation rental for a few days. It is highly recommended, centrally located, and offers everything one could wish for.

Ferienwohnung mit viel Charme

This vacation rental delivers what it promises. The apartment is bright and friendly. Lovingly and high-quality furnished, it lacks nothing. All rooms, kitchen appliances, laundry, etc. are very well-maintained and tastefully decorated. Simply a place to feel good! In our opinion, the location of the apartment is ideal. Shopping facilities, restaurants, walking and hiking trails are within walking distance, so you can leave the car behind. The residential area itself is very quiet. We will gladly come back!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

This apartment is very cozy and modernly furnished with great attention to detail. A large balcony with a beautiful view and comfortable garden chairs and cushions invite you to sit outside. The equipment is very good, practically nothing is missing. Wi-Fi, television, radio, all optimal. Plenty of space and a nice bathroom with a large shower. The contact with the Bergmann family is very good and warm. Bread delivery service included, great. All in all, a pleasure to come back.

Skiing holiday with the family

We were in Braunlage for a few days for a ski vacation.
We were positively surprised by the ski area at the Wurmberg. It was not too crowded during the week!
We will definitely come back.
We can highly recommend the vacation rental of the Bergmann family. It has everything you need. Very clean. Free parking space, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, etc. Despite the small bathroom, there is a great, spacious shower (well designed). Due to the pull-out sofa, it is also possible to comfortably accommodate 4 people in this apartment.
