The holiday flat (NON-SMOKING DOMICILE) is located on the mezzanine floor of a well-kept, quiet house on a park-like garden plot. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed with the possibility to add a guest bed or a children's travel bed. The bathroom consists of shower/WC, hairdryer available. In the living room there is a dining area for 6 persons, a sitting area (can be folded out for two more sleeping possibilities with bed box) and a flat-screen TV, as well as a radio
and a flat screen TV, as well as a radio with CD. The south-facing balcony has seating and a parasol. The fitted kitchen is separate and fully equipped (dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle).

Nice vacation home
Apartment located in a quiet neighborhood of Braunlage in a small residential complex. The property looks tidy and is equipped with all amenities, including a dishwasher. The center of Braunlage is within walking distance. The road from the center to the complex is quite steep. It is cooler there than in the center on hot days. There is a small balcony where it is nice to stay. It is a pity that there are so many dead trees in the surroundings of Braunlage. The Kurpark is a 10-minute walk away and is beautifully landscaped. Supermarkets are 1.5 km away.

Der Urlaub steht und fällt mit dem Wohlfühlfaktor vor Ort... in dieser gemütlichen und sehr gepflegten Ferienwohnung stimmte alles und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch großes Kompliment an den Service vor Ort, der gute Erreichbarkeit sicher stellte und uns einen Wohnungsschlüssel für diese blitzsaubere Wohnung ausgehändigt hatte. Very good holiday flat
We have been going to the Harz for many years,also often to Braunlage,but this flat was the best so far.nice and cosy furnishings,very good location.
Not even 5 minutes to the forest,ideal to take the dog out in the morning.very good communication with the landlord.we will definitely book this flat again for our next holiday in the Harz.

Rundum gelungener Kurzurlaub

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Eine schöne Woche
Wir haben uns bei der Kälte in der warmen, gemütlichen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Jetzt genossen wir den Harz in seinem Winterkleid, der Blick auf den Garten mit den von Raureif bedeckten Bäumen war besonders schön, und beim nächsten Mal werden wir den Harz im Frühling, Sommer oder Herbst genießen, denn wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
