Sunny 2-room holiday flat with south-facing balcony and a wonderful view of nature
The tastefully furnished bright living room with dining area, TV, music system and W-LAN ensures a good mood even on a rainy day
The bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe and sideboard offers plenty of storage space for your wardrobe. A TV is also available here, as well as a furniture safe
The extendable sitting area in the living room with a lying surface of 2.00 m x 1.25 m offers a generous third sleeping accommodation.
The fully equipped fitted kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets are provided.
A hairdryer and guest soap are standard in the new shower room.
W-LAN is free of charge for our guests.
Parking spaces are available at the house.

The flat is in a popular, quiet but central location, approx. 0.4 km from the centre of the village.
The nearest ski lift is approx. 0.5 km away.

The cross-country skiing trails and hiking trails into the national park are only a few minutes' walk away
Braunlage in the heart of the Harz offers a variety of activities: Hiking trails into the Harz National Park, cross-country ski trails, alpine skiing on the Wurmberg, monster scooter riding, bike park, indoor swimming pool, ice stadium, bouldering hall and mini golf. The water world on the summit of the Wurmberg provides lots of fun for young and old in summer.
The surrounding towns such as Bad Harzburg, Goslar or Wernigerode and the Braunlager districts of Hohegeiß and Sankt Andreasberg are within easy reach. A ride on the Brockenbahn to the highest mountain in the Harz is certainly an experience.
The guest fee in Braunlage is €2.80 per adult person and €1.55 per day for a child aged 6 - 17.
With the Braunlage guest card you also have the possibility to use all bus connections in the Harz for free

Zweiter Aufenthalt
Wir haben diese Wohnung nach zwei Jahren wieder gebucht und es war die richtige Entscheidung. Alles wie beim ersten Besuch,bestens. Zusätzlich noch ein sehr schönes, neues und modernes Schlafzimmer. Der Kontakt mit Familie Bergmann ist sehr herzlich. Wir können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Superschön
Wir, Paar Ende 50, waren für ein paar Tage in der FW Bergmann. Sie ist sehr zu empfehlen, liegt zentral und bietet alles, was Frau/Mann sich wünsch.
Sicher werden wir wiederkommen.

Ferienwohnung mit viel Charme
Diese Fewo hält was sie verspricht. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich. Liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet fehlt es an nichts. Alle Räume, Küchengeräte, Wäsche usw. sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll. Einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen! Die Lage der Wohnung ist unserer Meinung nach ideal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Spazier-und Wanderwege zu Fuß zu erreichen, so das man das Auto mal stehen lassen kann. Die Wohngegend an sich ist sehr ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Diese Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Ein großer Balkon mit einer schönen Aussicht und konfortablen Gartenstühlen und Auflagen laden zum draussen sitzen ein. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es fehlt praktisch an nichts. Wlan, Fernseher, Radio alles optimal. Viel Platz und ein schönes Bad mit großer Dusche.Der Kontakt mit Familie Bergmann sehr gut und herzlich. Brötchen service inbegriffen,ganz toll. Alles in Allem gerne wieder.

Skiurlaub mit der Familie
Wir waren für eine paar Tage zum Skiurlaub in Braunlage.
Die Skianlage am Wurmberg hat uns positiv überrascht. In der Woche auch nicht zu voll!
Wir kommen nicht zum letzten Mal.
Die Ferienwohnung von Familie Bergmann können wir sehr empfehlen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Sehr sauber. Kostenlose PKW-Stellfläche, Wlan, Spülmaschine usw. Trotz kleinem Badezimmer, hat meine eine super tolle große Dusche (super gelöst).
Durch das ausziehbare Sofa, könnte man auch bequem mit 4 Personen in diese Wohnung.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Sonnenseite.Helle Möbel in moderner Einrichtung.
Das Bad ist sehr schön ,mit grosser Dusche.Die Loipen zum Langlauf sind in 10min
zu Fuss erreichbar.Ebenso der Bäcker ca. 10 Gehminuten.
