Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in a beautiful new holiday home complex very close to the cliffs. There are playgrounds for children on the own, 360 sqm large plot and on a playground in approx. 100m distance. Shopping facilities (Edeka, bakery, drugstore, pharmacy, banks) can be easily reached on foot. Bicycle rental, doctors and dentist are also in the village. If you do not want to cook, there are several restaurants and snack bars. The small Baltic seaside resort of Rerik, with a population of about 2000, is very attractively situated on a narrow headland between the Baltic Sea and the Salzhaff. Rerik offers a kilometre-long beach, partly situated at the foot of a wildly romantic cliff. It makes you want to swim in the Baltic Sea or go for long walks or bike rides. The 170-metre-long pier, the small marina and the newly designed promenade along the Salzhaff invite you to take a stroll. There are many leisure activities in Rerik and the surrounding area, including the nearby seaside resort of Kühlungsborn. A ride on the historic Molli steam train from Kühlungsborn to Bad Doberan is a great experience, especially for children. Rerik is centrally located between the two Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar. Trips to the island of Poel, the lighthouse in Bastorf and Warnemünde are also worthwhile.

| In the high season from 24.06.23 to 2.09.23 the rental price is for an occupancy of up to 8 persons. Outside this period for 4 persons. An extra charge of 10€ per day is made per additional person. Child discount: up to 6 years 100%, up to 12 years 50% of the rent of the additional person. A final cleaning is obligatory (100€) and will be added to the rent. We prefer to rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday (especially in the high season). |

1a Family/Friend Vacation
I was there with my 2 children and my friend with her 3 children. The house suited us perfectly. There was enough space for everyone, even to retreat if needed. The location was great for us with children. The playground was so close that they could go there on their own. The sea was also easily accessible on foot. The house was very well equipped, both in the kitchen and with garden furniture. So, we were really impressed and relaxed. Maybe we'll come back next year.

Tolles Ferienhaus
We were there with the family, 5 adults and 3 children, for a weekend and felt very comfortable. The holiday home is perfectly equipped, clean, well-maintained, and lovingly furnished. Nothing is missing.
The contact with the owner was very nice and courteous.
Unfortunately, we were only there for a weekend, but we will definitely come back.

Super holiday home
We stayed with 4 adults and a 3 year old child for 10 days in this perfectly equipped holiday home (semi-detached) and can only report good things. Perfectly situated (approx. 150m from the children's playground, 200m from the steep coast with sea access and approx. 500m to shopping facilities), we were greeted by a modern, lovingly furnished house with 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 rooms with bunk beds. The large kitchen-living room had everything you could expect - even a food processor inspired us to bake a cake spontaneously. From flour to spices and tea - everything was there. In the garden there are 2 swings (the sandpit was unfortunately no longer there - but there was plenty of sand on the beach) and numerous seating and lounging options. In the garden house there are 2 bicycles and 1 children's bike. There is also a barbecue with charcoal, blankets, pillows - all double and triple. Only a leather sofa that is getting on in years (should be replaced urgently, as it is worn) and the lack of Wi-Fi would be a tiny point of criticism - but that is complaining at a very high level. We were and are thrilled and will definitely be back!
