Description

The semi-detached house is furnished to a high standard and is comfortable.
All windows have external shutters and pleated curtains inside.
The holiday home has 65 m² and has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 single beds respectively.
It has a shower room upstairs and an additional guest toilet downstairs.

On the ground floor there is an open kitchen with electric cooker, ceramic hob incl. oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, citrus press, blender. Attached is the dining area with dining table and chairs for 4 - 5 persons.

The living area has a spacious corner sofa with sleep function, flat screen TV with satellite reception, a stereo system and a DVD player.

The outdoor area has a parking space directly at the house and a terrace of approx. 35 m² with barbecue fireplace and garden house. The garden house contains garden furniture with a large table, chairs and cushions and a parasol. An awning is also attached to the house.

Location and surroundings of object

In a charming location between the Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea lies our quiet little holiday home complex "Leuchtturmstrasse" in the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik. Our semi-detached house is approx. 150 metres from the Baltic Sea (no through road) and approx. 500 metres from the Salzhaff. The shops (Edeka and bakery) are about 200 metres away

The small harbour on the Salzhaff with a marina for various sailing and motor boats, a boat rental and the starting point for boat trips as well as the pier and the Haffplatz with many small shops and restaurants are always a popular meeting place.

In the centre of the village there are various pubs and restaurants, an EDEKA supermarket, a beverage shop and a bicycle shop with rental. There is also a hairdresser, a dentist, two doctors' surgeries and a pharmacy.

In the high season we only rent from Saturday to Saturday.
