This holiday house is located 1000 meters walking ( with stairs) and 2650 m with car from the beach of Cala Canyelles and enjoys of panoramic views of the sea. The centre of the residential area with community pool, restaurant, office and diving school is approximately 650 m from the house away.
The Villa is divided in two separate units: in both, above as below dining room, there is an extendable dining table with a capacity for 10-12 persons.

The villa park Canyelles with its own bay is very quiet, surrounded by pinewoods. The nearest villages are Lloret de Mar with great nightlife () and the picturesque town of Tossa de Mar. reach (about 6km) The nearby cities of Gerona and Barcelona are the world famous too quickly by car or train. Approx. 1hr. The house is located approximately 1200m from the beach Canyelles away and enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. In the center of the villa park (community pool, restaurant and supermarket) tennis court (fees) about 500m from the house.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellations For cancellations, the following costs will be charged against the total rental price. The date of receipt is the current date. Up to 46 days before arrival: 25% 45 days to 35 days before arrival: 50% 35 days to 3 days before arrival: 80% From the third day before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% Playa Arena accepts cancellation of the reservation only in writing and with a copy of the cause of action due to force majeure, and only for the following reasons: death of a family member or personal or family accident. We recommend taking out travel insurance. The valid date of cancellation is the day of receipt of the fax +34972372009 or the email. Should the reserved rental property be unavailable before arrival due to force majeure or another reason, Playa Arena recommends accommodation with similar characteristics. If this does not suit your preference or no alternative is available, Playa Arena will refund the amount paid. The tenants have no right to demand more than this amount. The rental contract is issued in the name of the tenant and therefore cannot be transferred in whole or in part to another person. In doing so, the tenant waives Sections 31, 32, and 33 of the Rental Law and thus relinquishes rights to lease continuation, claim transfer, assignment, or transfer, whether in whole or in parts. As determined in paragraph 3 of Article 4 of the current Rental Law, the rental contract is subject to this or the paragraphs of the Civil Code. If these obligations are not fulfilled, the landlord must pay as liquidated damages, an amount equivalent to three times the daily rent, for each week the property was available to the landlord, regardless of the costs, expenses, compensations, legal fees, and attorney costs, even if intervention was not necessary.
