Detached holiday home for sole use in Els Poblets near Denia, just 900 meters from the beach on a private garden property. The well-maintained holiday home is modernly furnished and has an internet connection. The flat private property is enclosed. A paved path leads around the house. Due to the surrounding hedge and wall, neighbors have little insight. The garden is landscaped with lawn and Mediterranean plants. A carport for your car is available within the property. In the living room, an air conditioner ensures comfortable room temperatures. The private, 9-meter-long pool with Roman steps has a width of 2 to 4.5 meters and a depth of 1.30 to 2.10 meters. The pool's built outdoor shower is temperature-controllable. Garden furniture and two sun loungers are available. A charcoal grill invites you to cozy barbeque evenings. The glazed patio area extends the living space and forms a beautiful transition to the garden. In a storage room outside, there is a washing machine. For cooler evenings, there are four electric heaters available, and the air conditioners can also be used as heaters.
The holiday home has a size of about 110 sqm, with all rooms on one level. An internet connection via WIFI is available. The house furnishings are bright and cheerful. The living-dining room features a 4-seater upholstered suite (which has since been updated to two two-seater sofas) and a dining table with four chairs. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV with German ASTRA-SAT reception, DVD player, stereo system with CD player, radio, and cassette deck. Open breakfast terrace and glazed living terrace with another dining set. Kitchen with induction stove with 3 burners and oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and other cooking utensils. Two bedrooms, one with a 1.80 x 2 meter double bed (2 single mattresses) and built-in wardrobe, the other with 2 single beds size 0.90 x 2 meters, with air conditioning and dresser (the built-in wardrobe for this bedroom is located in the living room) as well as an exit to the garden. Bathroom with shower and toilet. A travel baby bed, iron, and ironing board are included.
Within a radius of 800 meters, there are restaurants and shopping facilities. To the beach it is about 900 meters.

The holiday home is very nicely decorated.
The vacation house is beautifully furnished. It has everything you simply need in a household. I adore these beautiful light floor tiles!!! The bathroom is also great, and the bedroom, the mattresses, are very, very good. My husband and I slept soooo well these days. Mrs. Eckert is really very nice and helpful, whether it's from home or on-site. We will book with Mrs. Eckert for the 3rd time next year.
