At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, just a few steps from the sea, lies this cozy villa – a place where you immediately feel at home. Beach, water sports center, ferry to Saint-Tropez, and the scent of fresh baguettes from the nearby supermarket are all within 500 meters.
On 160 m² unfolds a house full of peace and security. The living area with fireplace, reading corner, and gentle lighting invites quiet moments, while life and conversation move out onto the terraces and into the garden. Three cozy bedrooms offer restful sleep; the rooms are bright, clear, and pleasantly designed.
Outside, a spacious, fully fenced property opens up. The private pool sparkles in the sun, and the terraces invite you to linger over long breakfasts, evening barbecues, and relaxing under the sky of the Côte d’Azur. Looking forward to the next time
Our stay at Villa Regina was very enjoyable. It is very clean, well-furnished, and cozy. The large, completely fenced yard was great for us and the dogs. The landlord is also warm, friendly, and very helpful. We would love to come back.

Again and again gladly
We spent a wonderful time (for the third time) in Villa Regina! Our dog (newly included) was also warmly welcomed! In Villa Regina, you will find everything you need. The shopping options on-site and in the nearby area are excellent! The very lovely hostess, Mrs. Kluzak, also has tips for (shopping/excursions/etc…). Always happy to return,

As always, nice and cozy!
It is always super nice!
We spent the first three weeks of September in the Villa Regina – the fifth time.
For us, it was like "coming home" in this well-kept, pleasant villa.
Again this time, we felt very comfortable.
Everything you need is there, and the landlord is always reachable and takes care of everything, no matter what it is.
We will definitely come back.

Good location - beautiful property!
A well-established, beautiful house with a large garden and pool. We felt comfortable here during the week. The completely fenced large garden is very practical with a dog, and the pool in the garden is especially great for children and teenagers - our two 13-year-olds spent a lot of great time in it. A table tennis table is also available. We found the various oriented terraces to be nice and practical, which were used depending on the position of the sun. The perfect location in southern France right on the coast doesn't need much saying. During our week, it was generally very hot, so the three available air conditioning units were used from time to time.

There is quite a bit to renovate at the house.
We only had personal contact with the landlord, Mrs. Kluzak, at the beginning. The house was clean overall. However, the toilets are exclusively on the first floor, so over time, you inevitably bring in some dirt. It would certainly be sensible to retrofit a toilet in the basement. The basement smells a bit musty and the walls are damp. We were somewhat surprised that the pump in the pool ran every day from 7 AM to 8 PM. This has of course become noticeable in the billing of the electricity. As a tenant, you have no influence on it, and it is also unpleasant to swim in the pool with the pump running, costing the tenant unnecessary money.
It's a pity, we had expected more from this villa, which was beautifully presented on the internet.

vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung zu Ihrem Aufenthalt in unserem Haus. Gerne möchten wir auf die von Ihnen angesprochenen Punkte eingehen.
Die Poolpumpe verursacht Stromkosten von etwa 20 € pro Monat. Da Sie das Haus für eine Woche gemietet hatten, entspricht dies anteilig rund 5 €. Die Poolpumpe ist für den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb und die Hygiene des Pools erforderlich und muss daher dauerhaft laufen. Von anderen Gästen wurde der Betrieb der Pumpe bislang nicht als störend empfunden, im Gegenteil: Teilweise wurde sie sogar als angenehm wahrgenommen.
Bezüglich der Toiletten im ersten Stock möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass dies bisher für unsere Gäste kein Problem dargestellt hat. Das Haus ist nicht als barrierefrei oder behindertengerecht ausgewiesen. Zudem stehen eine Fußmatte sowie die Möglichkeit zur Nutzung von Hausschuhen zur Verfügung.
Ihre Aussage, die Wände im Keller seien nass, können wir nicht bestätigen. Entsprechende Mängel liegen nach unserer Kenntnis nicht vor.
Wir bedauern, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht in allen Punkten Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat, danken Ihnen jedoch für Ihr Feedback.
