This quietly situated, well-maintained holiday home, privately owned, is located in a beautiful panoramic setting on a large private property with a lovely garden and a large, secluded private pool. The property is for your exclusive use.
Directly by the 5 x 10 meter, secluded private pool there is a large sun terrace with dining table, chairs and loungers, outdoor shower, as well as a large built-in barbecue fireplace. The terrace is not visible from outside and also offers very beautiful shaded areas. Enjoy the wonderful tranquility and the beautiful panoramic view all the way to the sea. The private property is approx. 800 sqm in size and has a well-maintained Mediterranean garden with beautiful palm trees.
The holiday home is suitable for 4, possibly up to 6 people. On request, an internet connection via WLAN with unlimited usage volume is available for you. The house offers two double bedrooms (the beds have single mattresses), a bathroom with an extra-large shower, washbasin and toilet, as well as a modern kitchen with dishwasher. The living room is furnished with a couch (which can also be used as a sofa bed if needed) and two armchairs, as well as a dining table, satellite TV and stereo system. Both bedrooms, the bathroom, and one of the windows in the living room have insect screens. High chair and travel cot (60 x 120 cm) for children are available.
The as-new fitted kitchen is extensively equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, oven (electric), microwave, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, pots, and other cooking utensils. It has direct access to the covered terrace, which is furnished with a dining set and a rattan 3-seater sofa, and offers a magnificent view of the sea and the Penon de Ifach. A rooftop terrace also offers a great view of the bay of Calpe and the Penon de Ifach. A washing machine is available, and behind the house there is a built-in clothesline for drying.
The house was completely renovated a few years ago, the bathroom and the fitted kitchen are as good as new. The entire interior was newly tiled. The windows of both bedrooms are equipped with fly screens and shutters. Two fans are available for cooling. In the outdoor area, the pool was renovated and the garage (double garage with a depth of 6.5 meters) was refurbished.

A double garage is available for your cars. Charging electric cars is prohibited for safety reasons, as the older wiring is not designed for this.

Due to the very detailed information about the villa, we had a good feeling right from the start and were not disappointed upon arrival, everything was as described and the fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea thrilled us, the person in charge of the handover on site was friendly and helpful and gave us many tips about the surroundings, as we were traveling to this region for the first time - we just booked the house again, this time for our Pentecost vacation, so we gladly give our 5-star rating.
