for exclusive use: - only 900 meters from the beautiful Puerto Blanco bathing bay in Calpe, the holiday home is located in the quiet villa area of Canuta on a private property with its own pool. The old town of Calpe is also only about 1.5 km away. So you can do without your car and spend a holiday a little away from the hustle and bustle. Playa Puerto Blanco in Calpe is an idyllic sand and rock beach, which is bordered in its southernmost corner by a breakwater. It is about 100 meters long and about 10 meters wide. Depending on the season, there is also a beach bar and a restaurant available.
In this beautiful residential area, our detached holiday home Canuta is available for exclusive use, with a winter garden, panoramic terraces, and private pool. The house is in a quiet location in a villa area and offers a breathtakingly beautiful sea and panoramic view.
The terraced property is enclosed and, with a size of sqm, offers plenty of space. With its various terraces and seating areas, it provides different impressions and views. As the terraces are reached via steps, the house is not suitable for people with walking disabilities. A covered parking space is available for your car.
The private pool is 5 x 10 meters in size and is equipped with Roman steps for comfortable entry and exit. An outdoor shower provides a quick cool down in between. From the spacious sun terrace, which is equipped with eight sun loungers and garden furniture, you have a fantastic view of the nearby sea. Here you can relax and unwind from everyday life. For cozy barbecue evenings, a charcoal outdoor grill is also available for you, so you will certainly use the terrace and pool area at any time of day and can fully enjoy outdoor living.
The living area is on the upper panoramic floor. Including the covered terrace, it has a living area of approx. 120 sqm, which is divided as follows: a living-dining room with SAT-TV, safe, U-shaped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and sufficient dishes for , a spacious panoramic terrace which is partly covered, so you can still sit outside even if it rains. Two bedrooms (double bed with single mattresses and two single beds), fitted with mosquito screens, a bathroom with shower and WC, and a separate guest WC. You also have an impressive view from the house and from the terrace.
Bringing pets is strictly not allowed.
The house is guaranteed for exclusive use.

If you depart early or fail to arrive without prior notice, there is no entitlement to a refund. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
