This quietly located, well-maintained private holiday home is situated in a beautiful panoramic position on a large private property with a beautiful garden and a large, secluded private pool. The property is for your exclusive use.
Directly next to the 5 x 10 meter large, private pool that is not overlooked, there is a large sun terrace with a dining table, chairs, and lounging furniture, an outdoor shower, and a large built-in barbecue grill. The terrace is not overlooked and also offers very nice shady spots. Enjoy the beautiful panoramic view up to the sea in delightful peace. The private property is approx. 800 sqm and has a well-maintained Mediterranean garden with beautiful palms.
The holiday home is suitable for 4, possibly up to 6 people. Upon request, an internet connection via WLAN with unlimited usage is available for you. The house offers two double bedrooms (the beds have single mattresses), a newly renovated bathroom with an extra-large shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a modern, like-new kitchen with a dishwasher. The living room features a fireplace and is equipped with a couch (which can be used as a sofa bed if needed) and two armchairs, as well as a dining table, satellite TV, and stereo system. Both bedrooms, the bathroom, and one of the windows in the living room have fly screens. Child high chair and baby travel cot (60 x 120 cm) are available.
The nearly new fitted kitchen is extensively equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, and other cooking utensils. It has direct access to the covered terrace, equipped with a dining set and a rattan 3-seater sofa, offering a magnificent view of the sea and the Penon de Ifach. A rooftop terrace also offers a great view of the Bay of Calpe and the Penon de Ifach. A washing machine is available; behind the house, there is a brick-built rotary clothesline for drying.
The house was completely renovated a few years ago, the bathroom and the fitted kitchen are like new. The entire interior has been re-tiled. The windows of the two bedrooms have been equipped with mosquito nets and roller shutters. Two fans are available for cooling. In the outdoor area, the pool has been renovated and the garage (a double garage with a depth of 6.5 meters) has been refurbished.

A double garage is available for your cars. Charging electric cars is prohibited for safety reasons, as the older wiring is not suitable for this.

Due to the very detailed information about the villa, we had a good feeling right from the start and were not disappointed upon arrival, everything was as described and the fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea thrilled us, the person in charge of the handover on site was friendly and helpful and gave us many tips about the surroundings, as we were traveling to this region for the first time - we just booked the house again, this time for our Pentecost vacation, so we gladly give our 5-star rating.
