The apartment is in a prime location in Scharbeutz. The fine sandy beach, the dune mile with numerous restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and bakeries, as well as mini-golf courses, playgrounds, and a skate park are quickly accessible. Enjoy the sun on the beautiful loggia with garden furniture.

A beautiful bedroom with a cozy 180 cm box spring bed, LCD TV with DVD player invites you to relax and unwind. The flooring throughout the living area is equipped with high-quality designer covering.
In the living and dining area, enjoy TV evenings on the comfortable sofa. An LCD flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, and music system with CD/Radio/USB/iPod docking station are, of course, part of the equipment.

Our holiday flat "StrandMÖWE" is only about 300 metres from the fine sandy beach & about 600 metres from the pier / spa gardens of Scharbeutz !
The flat is located in a small, quiet residential complex. It is centrally located
Scharbeutz - Hotspot of the Baltic Sea Coast
Along the beach promenade of Scharbeutz you will find many playgrounds, shops, boutiques, cafés, restaurants such as GOSCH & the cafe "WICHTIG", bicycle and beach chair rental, a modern skater facility and mini golf facilities in the dunes & in the spa gardens. A pharmacy and medical care are also available in the village.
From the pier (planned from 2023), you can take the excursion steamers along the coast of the Bay of Lübeck to Boltenhagen in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
By bike it is only a few minutes to Haffkrug & Timmendorf. Sierksdorf and Niendorf are also within easy reach - always along the beach and always with a view of the Baltic Sea. In Niendorf harbour you can get fresh fish directly from the fisherman and a cool tapped Klüvers beer from Neustadt. It's about a 10-minute drive to Sierksdorf and the HansaPark. A leisure and adventure park with roller coasters and water rides, shows, carousels and a high ropes course for young and old. The new hyper-coaster "The Oath of Kärnan" is a must for roller coaster fans!
Stroll through the bird park in Niendorf or discover the diverse underwater world at the Sealife Center in Timmendorf.

Dear guests, we are pleased to announce that our second holiday flat was opened in summer 2015. This one was completely gutted. New walls were put up and the electrics were completely renewed. New tiles and flooring were laid. A new bathroom and a new high-quality kitchen were also installed. All furniture was replaced We put a lot of love for detail into our flats and are happy when our guests feel comfortable and can enjoy a relaxing holiday.
