The Nordseeluft holiday home in Dornum-Westdorf with 140m² living space and with a 1800m² plot is as a country house best suited for family holidays for 2-7 people and for holidays with children and with dog
A cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, 4 bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen and 2 bathrooms with a total of 140 m² of living space provide enough space for a pure holiday.
The holiday home was last completely renovated in spring 2015 and is fully equipped.
On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, a living/dining room with exit to the garden terrace, two bedrooms with double beds, a utility room, a bathroom with tub and shower and a guest toilet
On the upper floor there is a large bedroom/children's room and a shower room. If required, a second bedroom is possible on the upper floor.
Children and dogs can let off steam as they please on the 1800 sqm fenced plot
There is an enclosed wind-protected outdoor area with the terrace directly at the house and accessible from the living room and in addition the entire outer garden is fenced, so that dogs can also run freely in the garden.
Various play and climbing facilities, sandpit, kettcar, scooter and handcart, as well as some bicycles belong to the house.

The Nordseeluft holiday home in Dornum-Westdorf is beautifully situated between Hagermarsch and Neßmersiel between meadows and fields of the marshland.
The access road is used almost exclusively by cyclists and has no through traffic.

The Nordseeluft holiday home belongs to the municipality of Dornum and is situated in a completely secluded location in the outer area. In the neighbourhood there is a farm at a distance of 300 m and the next residential building is about 400 m away.
The only natural beach in East Frisia in Hilgenriedersiel is approx. 6 km away and can easily be reached by bicycle
Shopping facilities can be found in Hage, further offers in Norden, 13 km away
Excursion destinations are Emden, Aurich and Esens as larger towns and the coastal bathing resorts of Greetsiel, Neßmersiel and Dornumersiel.

Beautiful property in a quiet location
Dear family Senner,
as already written in your guestbook, we felt very comfortable. Your house is lovingly decorated, comfortably equipped and in an absolutely quiet location, but still close to everything worth seeing. We especially liked the small and large garden and the possibility of having everything at ground level, which was ideal for our two dogs. We will come again and gladly recommend the house to others. Price/performance ratio absolutely ok.
