We offer you 2 holiday flats in a house completed in 2012, which invite you to feel good.
Books are available in abundance. Enjoy the tranquillity of the village or the liveliness of the city of Rostock, which was just voted the most liveable city in Germany
Otherwise, the lively Warnemünde with many cruise ship landings offers further interesting action possibilities
Both flats are on the 1st floor.
The flats can also be booked together. Max. Max. sleeping capacity (3 bedrooms) then for 10 persons (with extra beds for 2 persons each). Please ask for conditions.
Our flats are suitable for allergy sufferers. Therefore, pets are unfortunately not allowed. Of course, this is a non-smoking domicile!
An extra bed suitable for small children (cot, high chair, baby bath, baby toilet seat) is possible for a symbolic surcharge.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available.

With a living area of approx. 100 sqm, has 2 bedrooms for 2 persons each (1 double bed, 2 single beds standing together, an extra bed for 2 persons in the living-dining area is possible), a large living-dining-kitchen area and a bathtub-shower-bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities. A cooker with microwave and oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment and all the usual small electrical appliances and kitchen equipment make cooking easy.
A large terrace is suitable for relaxing. Books are available in abundance. Enjoy the tranquillity of the village or the liveliness of the city of Rostock, which was just voted the most liveable city in Germany.

This flat has a size of approx. 40 sqm and offers space for 2 persons (an extra bed for 2 persons in the living-dining area is possible). One bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette (cooker with oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator), a living-dining area, bathroom with shower.
A washing machine/dryer can be provided in the house on request.

Location and surroundings of object
The exposed location, in front of the house the pond, behind the house natural, wild woodland offers nature lovers and those seeking relaxation an oasis of peace
Rostock and Warnemünde can be reached from Sildemow by public transport. The city of Rostock is about 15 minutes away by bicycle.
For day trips, Sildemow is a central starting point. The good connections to the A19 and A20 motorways make the Baltic Sea, Fischland-Darß-Zingst and Mecklenburg Switzerland quickly accessible.
Sildemow is traffic-calmed, there is no through traffic.
A bathing lake in the village invites you to swim in summer or ice skate in winter.
The recreational area "Unteres Warnowtal" borders directly on the village. Bicycle routes and hiking trails are marked, and canoeing tours on the Warnow are a popular summer pastime.
The area is also ideal for fishing holidays.
As an alternative to nature and tranquillity, the Hanseatic city of Rostock with the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde has a varied programme ready.
