Description

In the popular Nieuw-Haamstede, this atmospheric holiday home is located very close to the lighthouse and a fifteen-minute walk from the dunes and the beach. The apartment has a large, sunny garden, 450 m2, which offers you a lot of privacy.

At the beginning of 2017, the house was partially renovated.
Through the hallway, you enter the comfortably furnished living room. There is a comfortable seating area with a two-seater, two armchairs, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. The set is further complemented by a pull-out table with six chairs. From the living room, you enter the sunny terrace with a garden set for eight people. There are also two sun loungers in the garden. You can spend the evening here after a day at the beach.

The open kitchen was completely renovated in 2016 and is equipped with all comforts, such as a 4-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a combination microwave. The hallway leads to the master bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe. You can also access the second bedroom from the hallway. This bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds, a large dresser, and a sink. Although this apartment has six beds, it is only rented to a maximum of 4 adults.

The completely renovated bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower and a vanity unit. There is a new separate toilet. The house is centrally heated. Free WLAN is available. There is digital TV with many German channels (new flatscreen). You can park on the premises. There is a bike shed in the garden. A supermarket for your daily shopping is within walking distance.

Berkenpad 7 is the ideal vacation home for families with children and for anyone who loves quiet and nature. Just a quarter of an hour's walk from the most beautiful beaches of Zeeland!
