In the popular Nieuw-Haamstede This magnificent holiday home, very close to the lighthouse and to a quarter of an hour walking distance from the dunes and the beach. The apartment has a large, sunny garden, 450 m2, which offers a lot of privacy.
Early 2017 is partly renovated the house. The following text (toilet, bathroom, central heating and wood fireplace) describes the future establishment and does not correspond to the current picture.
Through the hallway you enter the cozy living room. There is a comfortable seating area with a two-seater, two armchairs and a cozy wood fireplace. The whole is complemented by an extendable table with six chairs. From the lounge you enter the sunny terrace with a garden group of eight people. In the garden there are still two deckchairs. While the children play on the playground equipment with slides, You can enjoy the evening after a day at the beach.
The open kitchen has been fully renovated in 2016 and is equipped with all comforts such as a 4-burner gas cooker, a fridge freezer, a Siemens device and a combi microwave.
The hallway leads to the master bedroom with double bed and fixed closet. The second bedroom can be reached from the hallway. This bedroom has two bunk beds with fitted a large dresser and a sink. Although this apartment has six beds, it is only rented to a maximum of 4 adults.
The fully renovated bathroom has a shower Italian and a washbasin cabinet. There is a new separate toilet.
The apartment is centrally heated. Free Wi-Fi is available. You can park on its own premises. In the garden is a bicycle shed with two bicycles. Within walking distance is a supermarket for your daily shopping.
Berkenpad 7 is the ideal holiday home for families with children and for anyone who likes silence and nature. In just fifteen minutes walking distance from the best beaches in Zeeland!
