Description

In the popular Nieuw-Haamstede lies this charming holiday home, very close to the lighthouse and a fifteen-minute walk from the dunes and the beach. The house has a fenced, sunny garden, 450 m2, which offers you plenty of privacy.

Through the hallway you enter the cozily furnished living room. There is digital TV with many German channels (new flatscreen). There is a comfortable seating area with a two-seater, two armchairs, and a cozy wood-burning stove. The whole setup is complemented by an extendable table with six chairs. From the living room, you can access the sunny terrace with a garden set for eight people. There are also two deck chairs in the garden. Here you can end the evening after a day at the beach. The open kitchen is equipped with every comfort, such as a 4-burner gas stove, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a combination microwave.

The hallway leads to the main bedroom with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. You can also reach the second bedroom from the hallway. This bedroom is furnished with two bunk beds, a large chest of drawers, and a washbasin. Although this apartment has six beds, it is rented to a maximum of 4 adults only. The modern bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower and a washbasin cabinet. There is a new separate toilet.

The house is centrally heated. Free Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available. You can park on the property. There is a bicycle shed in the garden. A supermarket for your daily shopping is within walking distance.

Berkenpad 7 is the ideal holiday home for families with children and for anyone who likes peace and nature. Only a fifteen-minute walk from the most beautiful beaches of Zeeland!
