In a unique location at the edge of the dunes in quiet Nieuw-Haamstede, near the iconic lighthouse, lies the holiday home De Larix. Here you can enjoy plenty of peace and privacy in a low-traffic area, with the dunes just around the corner. In just a few minutes you are in the middle of the dune landscape and can reach the beach on foot or by bicycle.

De Larix has two floors and is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. The detached house stands on a fully fenced plot of about 850 m². The terrace faces south, so you can enjoy the sun here almost all day.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a generous dining area and an open kitchen equipped with all amenities. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, a separate toilet with a washbasin, as well as a modern bathroom with a rain shower, washbasin, and toilet.

Through the patio doors in the living room you reach the terrace, which is partially covered. This way, you can sit outside even in less pleasant weather. The garden is equipped with a large dining table and four sun loungers. Around the fire bowl, you can enjoy long evenings outdoors. On the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, there are two bedrooms each with two single beds. In one of the rooms, the beds can be pushed together and connected with a foam connector to form a double bed. A stair gate is available.

The entire house is heated by central heating. There is free Wi-Fi and two cars can be parked on the property. In the garage you will find a tumble dryer and a freezer. With the dunes just around the corner, the beach in the immediate vicinity, and the spacious garden surrounding the house, De Larix is a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday on the Zeeland coast.
