Our private, cosy, 3 room, non-smoking holiday flat is approx. 52 sqm in size, is located in the Panoramic complex and is on the 11th floor. Lifts take you to our flat door. The flat has a glazed west-facing balcony of approx. 9 m² with a panoramic view of the Baltic Sea coast along the beaches to Sierksdorf, Haffkrug, Scharbeutz to Timmendorfer Strand and the interesting and beautiful Holstein landscape. In the evenings you can enjoy a fantastic sunset and end the day with a good glass of wine
When you are in the flat, you can also see the Baltic Sea directly - side view - or indirectly via the wall panorama mirror. On the large glazed balcony there is a bistro table, 2 bar stools and a table with 4 armchairs, carpet, picture
In the bedroom you sleep in a box-spring bed or in the living room and bedroom on a sofa bed or in the mini bedroom without windows on a sofa bed
The large living/bedroom is equipped with an open kitchen and a corridor section and is equipped as follows: wardrobe shelf, sofa bed (when not extended, one person can sleep well approx. 80cm x 195cm - extended lying surface approx. 142 cm x 197 cm), coffee table, drawer cabinet, floor lamp, carpet, wall clock, wall panorama mirror (Baltic Sea view), cupboard with lighting, glass cupboard with lighting, dining table, 4 chairs, wall pictures, ceiling, wall window/balcony lighting, side table with drawer and shelf. A flat screen TV - Ambilight -48 inch with radio, Blue-Ray DVD player, call phone, binoculars, books, games and much more
The tasteful modern integrated fitted kitchen has a counter and is equipped as follows: dishwasher, sink, oven with 4 ceramic hobs, extractor bonnet, wall unit, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and another fridge with separate freezer, base units, coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler, toaster, blender and sufficient crockery.
The bedroom is equipped with: a box spring bed approx. 160 cm x 200 cm, flat screen wall - TV - Ambilight - 32 inch with radio, 2 bedside tables with drawer and shelf, table lamps, wall lamp, mirrored wardrobe with lighting, wall wardrobe, ship model
The mini-sleeping room is internally ventilated and has no window and was deliberately furnished with a reclining sofa. We slept well in the room ourselves and opened the door slightly at night. Equipment: Sofa bed (lying surface approx. 140 cm x 195 cm), wall lamp, wall mirror hooks, pictures, carpet
The doorways to the bathroom/WC and the bedrooms are somewhat narrower. The bathroom/WC has a shower and a large corner entry and is equipped as follows: Washbasin, illuminated wall mirror with clock, mirror bathroom cabinet, vanity mirror, hairdryer, washing machine. Cleaning cupboard - clothes drying rack.
The rubbish chute is located in the hallway. There is an underground parking space available for you. The park-like Panoramic complex includes: - indoor swimming pool (entrance fee is small), outdoor bicycle parking, well-kept playground, tennis court, table tennis table, basketball hoop, bocce court, benches. Pub - globetrotter. Enclosed underground car park with parking deck as well as freely available parking spaces for everyone.

From Panoramic holiday complex of our flat you can reach
Bicycle parking (outside covered) at the house, indoor swimming pool approx. 20 m, underground car park with parking deck approx. 50 m,
Shopping: Drive by car to Neustadt (approx. 3 km) and turn right at the roundabout at the first exit and you are in Sierksdorfer Straße. There you will find supermarkets Rewe, petrol station and opposite Aldi.
To get to the beach, walk through a park-like wood past the pond or the playground without crossing the road and you will be at the beach promenade after a few minutes' walk of about 400 metres. On the Pfingstbeek Promenade you will find a beach kiosk, beach pearl, restaurant, beach bar and more.
Panoramic complex: Weltenbummler pub, tennis court, table tennis table, basketball hoop, boccia court: approx. 50 m and playground approx. 75 m. The Hansepark approx. 400 m offers something for young and old and everyone is happy. The railway station Sierksdorf approx. 500 m, the bus stops Sierksdorf fire-brigade approx. 500 m and Hansapark 400 m, the airfield "Hof Altona" approx. 2 km, the motorway approx. 3 km, Neustadt shopping 3 km, Neustadt centre 4 km, Haffkrug 3 km, Scharbeutz 5 km.
From our flat you can see the Süseler lake and a small airfield (Hof Altona). There you can make sightseeing flights over the Lübeck Bay. Süsel offers a water surface - ski park.
You can make a tour from our flat - to the beach promenade - walk along the beach in the direction of Sierksdorf and admire the steep coast - at the ice cafe " Eismeer" there are delicious ice cream specialities and walk back through the village to our flat. You can also walk the other way round.
North of Sierksdorf on the Bay of Lübeck is Neustadt with its maritime centre, harbour and beaches as far as Pelzerhaken. Neustadt is a great place for shopping and more. South of the Bay of Lübeck are the beaches of Haffkrug and Scharbeutz. Scharbeutz's dune mile invites you to stroll. The Ostseetherme Scharbeutz with water slides, sauna, wellness is very popular. Timmendorfer Strand with Sea-Life, Niendorf with bird park, Travemünde with ferry service with detour to Karls Hof in Warnstorf. Excursions to Holstein Switzerland with lake district towns of Eutin, Plön, Malente or Fehmarn Island, boat trip to Denmark, Lübeck old town or a detour to Hamburg.

Dreamlike holiday
We were allowed to spend 12 nights in this very lovingly furnished and very well maintained holiday flat. Everything was super clean and nothing was missing
Fantastic view of the Lübeck Bay from the balcony
We were lucky with the weather so that we could enjoy 11 days of wonderful sunshine on the nearby beach.
A big thank you also to Mr Thiel for the nice welcome and his quick help when we forgot the key once
