The apartment was very clean, new and bright, comfortable beds and soundproof windows, you couldn't hear anything from the street, a very charming style, 2 50-inch TVs, a fairly large bathroom for Paris with a lot of water pressure, we had a hairdryer and lots of clean towels every day, dishes and utensils to cook on a stove, microwave, there was also a capsule coffee maker and kettle, I loved the location, a beautiful neighborhood full of life, bars and restaurants
It was 6 floors up and down on a spiral staircase and it was very cumbersome to go up and down several times a day and even more so if you have mobility problems like me and the elevator is just for show and they can't relocate you to any other room, I hope they solve the problem soon because it is really very hard after a day of walking around Paris to have to go up 6 floors on foot

The location, the beds, the air conditioning and that they left some coffee capsules for at least the first day, with some small bottles of water,
The bathroom was small, access to the apartments by stairs with steps in some cases not in good condition, some furniture that was hanging was not fixed very well, you had to be careful, a plug socket in the bathroom was loose, The vinyl on the bathroom window would be better if it covered all the glass,

The location was great, it was very quiet, the view of the trees was very nice and the air conditioning worked great, it was very clean
Just a few minor things, the furniture was a little bit worn, the remote control for the TV had no batteries, but it was very clean, so it didn't bother us!
