The new holiday home ``De Duinroos`` (June 2018) is located in Bungalowpark Vredelust, a car-free holiday park for those who love peace and nature. There is also plenty to do for the children here on several playgrounds, football pitch etc. The bungalow is beautifully situated on the edge of the forest. The beach and dunes as well as Ecomare and the Jüttermuseum are within walking distance. The large enclosed garden offers plenty of space and privacy. On a lovely terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a hammock you can relax and listen to the birdsong. The garden borders directly on the 'Duinen van Texel' national park, a beautiful nature reserve, ideal for nature lovers, a guarantee for a wonderful holiday. Pets are welcome by arrangement
The holiday home has 2 bedrooms with 2 and 3 beds respectively, each with its own shower and washing facilities, a cosily furnished living room, a fully equipped open kitchen with sliding doors leading to the beautiful garden. A bicycle shed and a washing machine are available.

Everything as expected, everything as hoped.
We spent a week in the holiday home as a family of five. The house was clean and well-equipped. It met our expectations and offered more space than we had originally expected, so we could also have a nice time in the house during rainy weather.

Beautiful accommodation
Beautiful accommodation in a bungalow park not far from Paal 17 with a fantastic beach and sunset. You feel very comfortable in the accommodation, everything you need is there. Quiet environment with a direct view of the nature reserve, no traffic noise. We recommend the accommodation and would book again if we go to Texel again.
Hans as a host completes the positive impression. The best basis for a nice and relaxing holiday.

Perfect holiday on Texel
We have been to Texel many times, but have rarely felt as comfortable in a holiday home as we did in "De Duinroos". The communication with Hans was very good and cordial, both before and during our holiday. The house is in a great location and was perfectly equipped for us. The weather also cooperated and we were able to make the most of the beautiful garden. We will definitely be back!

Een heerlijk verblijf.
Een heerlijk verblijf op een mooie, rustige locatie. Van alle gemakken voorzien. We komen al heel wat jaren op Texel . Maar dit is wel ons favoriete plek. Een top week gehad. In november komen wij weer terug.

Pure relaxation
We were welcomed with a bunch of peonies and immediately felt at home. Everything is very nice and newly furnished. Everything you need is there. Comfortable beds, good coffee machine, nice hammock and garden furniture. Everything is spacious. Wonderful holiday home
Completely fenced and dog proof. Contact with the owner is very friendly, pleasant and uncomplicated.
We felt very comfortable and relaxed here. We will be very happy to come back

Heerlijk verblijf!
Wat een heerlijk huis, twee douches, ruime woonkamer/keuken, heerlijke tuin. Echt aan alles is gedacht. We komen zeker terug!

Ein perfekter Urlaub!
Wie waren zum 2. Mal mit unseren Kindern auf Texel. Wir sind so froh das „Duinross“ gefunden zu haben. Dieses wunderschöne Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Lage des Hauses ist absolut ruhig und auch für Familien perfekt da der Spielplatz direkt nebenan liegt. Wir haben uns alle sofort wohl gefühlt und Willkommen.
Für uns war sofort klar-wir wollen nur noch im Duinross auf Texel Urlaub machen.
Herr Hoogenbosch ist ein sehr netter und freundlicher Vermieter.
Wir sind erholt und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit.

Zwei super schöne Sommerwochen
Wir haben mir unseren zwei großen Kindern zwei sehr abwechselungsreiche Wochen auf der Insel verbracht. Schlafen, kochen, spielen, chillen, WLAN alles hat gepasst. Wer gerne Fahhrad fährt, draußen ist und Familie unter einen Hut bringen möchte für den ist das Haus und die Umgebung super geeignet.

Kurzurlaub
Hier kann man sich rundum Wohlfühlen.

Ein super schönes Haus in einem sehr schönen, ruhigen Bungalow-Park. Direkt an den Dünen, nahe Strand und Ecomare.

Heerlijke vakantie, lekker uitgewaaid!
We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in de Duinroos. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, fijn ingericht en ligt heerlijk rustig. De auto kan op een kleine loopafstand geparkeerd worden. De tuin is afgesloten zodat de hond vrij in de tuin kan rondlopen. Het huis is nog nieuw wat wij als erg prettig hebben ervaren.
Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Das perfekte Ferienhaus
Wir waren zwar nur für ein langes Wochenende in der Duinroos, aber wir konnten unseren Kurzurlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Das Haus ist einfach perfekt, bietet alles, was man zum Ausspannen braucht (inzwischen auch alle gängigen deutschen Fernsehsender) und ist sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet mit viel Liebe in den Details. Wir können De Duinroos nur empfehlen und kommen im Sommer schon wieder, dann für länger!

Gepflegtes geschmackvolles Häuschen im Naturschutzgebiet
3 Frauen hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Haus De Duinroos. Wir wurden mit einem frischen Blumenstrauß, netter Begrüßung an der Willkommenstafel und deutschen Musik aus dem Radio empfangen. Das Haus ist sauber, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Selbstgemachte kunstvolle Töpferarbeit sind im Haus und Garten dezent dekoriert. Der Garten ist eingezäunt, so das auch kl. Hunde problemlos umher tollen können. Im Gartenhäuschen stehen hochwertige Terassenmöbel mit Auflagen und Hängematte bereit. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen für die Urlauber zur Verfügung. Das Haus befindet sich am Rande eines ruhigen Bungalowparks, nicht weit vom Naturschutzgebiet. De Koog, Ecomare, Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Für Familien mit Kindern befindet sich in Sichtweite ein toll angelegter Spielplatz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, empfehlen die Unterkunft und kommen gerne wieder.

Very nice house at the nature reserve

and we can confirm it in full.
The German channels can be bypassed at least for the laptop (VPN!), set up at home beforehand ;-)
The garden is now escape-proof for e.g. Chihuahua.
At the car park there are trolleys for the luggage, you need a 2€ piece for the trolley.
All in all a great house for a great holiday.

Fantastic house in a good location
We spent a great week in the house De Duinroos of the Hoogenbosch family. We were welcomed with a fresh bunch of roses as well as a message on the blackboard in the kitchen - I thought that was very nice!
We have been to Texel several times, always in a holiday home with an enclosed garden (with 2 dogs), this property was the nicest house we have spent our holiday on Texel so far in terms of facilities.
Spacious with 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (shower), separate toilet, large living room with fully equipped, modern kitchen
TV in the living room as well as in the master bedroom, unfortunately only 3 German channels (ARD, ZDF, WDR). W-Lan free of charge in the whole house
The garden is completely fenced, a very small part with a picket fence with somewhat too large distances, here smaller dogs could "escape". Mr. Hoogenbosch told us during a visit that he will additionally secure this area with a small-meshed fence. The garden is gorgeous, goes around the whole house, the dogs can run and romp here. There is a super comfortable hammock (fatboy). The garden furniture is of good quality and very comfortable
You can't park directly at the house, but the car park is only about 200m from the house. At the house there is a wheelbarrow with which you can transport your luggage when arriving and departing.
There is a large playground directly in front of the house, so it is not only ideal for holidays with dogs, but also with children
The location of the house is top! Situated between Den Burg and De Koog, supermarkets and restaurants are close by (by car).
Directly behind the house you can go for a walk with the dogs, you are directly at the edge of the forest and the beach at Ecomare is within walking distance.
We spent a top holiday in a top accommodation! :)
