Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a fenced, zugängigen only with key system with a central salt-water pool. From the house, a SPAR supermarket (open until 22:00) in 3 minutes walking distance. Sufficient parking is available.
The nearest sandy beach ( "Playa Flamingo") is reached in about 5 minutes on foot.
On the beach "Playa Dorada", only 5 minutes by car, paid its sun loungers and umbrellas, and water sports facilities are available. There are also a very nice beach with great views of the bay.
For the nearest stop for local bus is running about 5 minutes, just until the busy beach promenade.
The international airport of Arrecife is approximately 35 minutes drive away.
Information for golfers: The golf courses of Tias and Costa Teguise are 20 or 40 minutes away. This holiday home is located within a fenced community and only accessible with a key. It contains a beautiful saltwater pool only one minute walking distance. Directly opposite the residential area lies a SPAR supermarket (open until 10pm) only three minutes by foot. Several parking options are available.
The next sandy beach ('Playa Flamingo') is only 5 minutes away by foot.
At 'Playa Dorada', which is 5 minutes away by car, you can rent sun beds and umbrellas, as well as there are several possibilities for water sports. Additionally, there is a beautiful beach bar overlooking the bay.
The beach promenade as well as the next bus stop of the local bus line are only 5 minutes away by foot.

The holiday spot Playa Blanca is located near the Papagayos - several beautiful natural beaches. A big strand promenade offers various possibilities for shopping in local boutiques, relaxing at small sand beaches, or enjoying the great variety of bars and restaurants.
Located in the south of Lanzarote, Playa Blanca is a very attractive touristic place for families, people drooling for sun and people seeking peace and quiet. But also the younger generation has many possibilities for entertainment at the beach promenade.

Small oasis full of sun, peace and bliss.
Lovely house in a nicely maintained park, Even food for the two adopted cats who also seemed to like us, after a cautious introduction. All-day sunshine, pleasant location relative to shops and terraces. A car is not really necessary. Decorated with much love. Everything was truly there. Even a scale to keep an eye on the holiday kilos. If we stay healthy, we would love to come back. We are already elderly but still young at heart.

Dream vacation
The little house is an absolute dream, the showers are perfect (2 bathrooms!), you sleep super well in the beds, the equipment (furniture, books, magazines, TV, radio/CD, even pens, glue, flashlight) and the kitchen appliances - the stove is really fast - are excellent. The closed parking directly in front of the house is nice. You can walk past the pool through the front gate to access the supermarket, the beach/Playa Flamingo, the harbor, and the village with the pedestrian zone, all just a stone's throw away. It doesn't get any better in Playa Blanca! 100% recommended - unfortunately often fully booked...

We stayed in the bungalow for 6 weeks. Casa del Sol is located in the very well-kept, enclosed, centrally and quietly situated Las Terracitas complex. All information given by the landlord is correct, the contact is pleasant and reliable. On site, you don't feel so alone because of "Carlos". The cat can be handled, there was enough food. Everything was top. You have to judge Lanzarote and Playa Blanca for yourself, we like it. We also had - weather-wise - not so nice days, but thanks to our accommodation we were able to make them pleasant. We felt very comfortable and will come again!

Alles prima
We found the holiday home exactly as described on the internet. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The small electric grill also worked flawlessly.
The house is located in a quiet complex, yet very central. A Spar market for local supply is within a 5-minute walk, as is the kilometer-long beach promenade.
We can especially highlight the beds on which we slept blissfully every night. We can only recommend this object.

Sehr zufrieden
The advertisement on the internet corresponds completely to reality. Everything necessary is available. The beds are so good that we considered taking them with us. We also cooked for ourselves, and the extractor hood is running unsatisfactorily, that is the only criticism. It was quiet, the nearby coastal path, almost infinitely long, we liked very much. The grocery store (Spar) is close by and offers enough, even fresh bread at 9 pm. The center and the harbor can be reached in under 10 minutes, on foot. Thank you for the really fast WiFi! Radio, TV, furniture, everything is great. We watered the plants. We rented a car for the whole period, but it is very possible to arrive by public transport.
Advantage of booking: There is no agency fee, only bank charges for transferring the rent.
The friendly caretaker at the location speaks German, the handover went really well.
A little something about the cat that circles around the house. Do not bring into the house due to cat hair allergy sufferers. At the owner's request, we fed the meowing cat. The cat was not a problem for us, but it was quite intrusive. Definitely recommend the house, pleasant, safe, quiet, very accessible.
