We stayed in this great, clean apartment for 10 days and it was amazing! We haven't slept this well in a long time! We will be back!

Always a pleasure

We felt very comfortable. Close to the beach and promenade. Ideal for us. The apartment is cozy and also ideal for self-catering with a huge refrigerator. A big compliment to the landlords who take care of everything in advance. They send videos so that everything is explained. When there was a problem, they responded immediately, like when there was a strange car parked in front of our parking space. It was gone after 10 minutes. The beds are a dream. My husband, as a beer drinker, would have liked a beer glass, because there are plenty of wine glasses. Greetings and continued nice and appreciative guests. Very comfortable holiday apartment

The location of the apartment is ideal. Very good facilities, we were completely convinced by the cleanliness. For us, it was a very beautiful vacation. Unfortunately, we had to deal with a mosquito plague, but this did not change our desire to explore. The beds are a dream. Everything important is in close proximity. The communication with the landlord went perfectly. We received videos on how to get everywhere and how to use something. Great!!!
We can definitely recommend this apartment and will keep an eye on it ourselves for next year.

Our annual vacation destination ;)

Even this year we were not disappointed. Except for the weather :D. Everything was perfect, everything we needed was there, it was clean (a compliment to the cleaning staff). The price-performance offer is simply top. The apartment is comfortably furnished. What more could you want :D. Next year we are also planning our vacation with the nice landlord.

We were very satisfied

We felt very comfortable, everything was very clean. During the 2 weeks we were offered after 1 week that the towels and bed linen could be changed. The beds were in a class of their own. Everything important (shopping-beach) could be reached in a few minutes. The information about the access and the handing over of the keys was perfect. I have already booked again for next year with my wife.

Beautiful holiday flat in a top location

The two of us felt very comfortable in this cosy holiday flat. The location of the flat on the promenade is ideal. It only takes 5 minutes to get to the beautiful wide beach.
The communication with the landlord was excellent.
We can unreservedly recommend this flat and would very much like to spend our holidays here again.

Wonderful Baltic Sea romantic atmosphere - virtually directly on the beach!

Super suitable for couples, very cosy, everything clean and problem-free in the booking/key handover!
Can be reached by car from Berlin in just under 2 1/2 hrs and will definitely book here again, even in winter. Swinemünde more than lives up to its reputation as a climatic health resort. Pure relaxation! Thanks to the super nice landlord!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

The booking is very uncomplicated, everything is very well organized, the apartment is clean, everything you need is available. Very centrally located, sometimes a bit loud due to the restaurants, often smells like food. Nevertheless, we would love to come back. The landlord is super nice.

We had a very relaxing vacation and were very satisfied with the apartment. The location could not be better. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very well-maintained, equipped with everything you need, but on the balcony, you really have a romantic sea view - what more could you want? Short vacation at the super

And once again, we had a great relaxing vacation in Swinoujscie. We can recommend this beautifully furnished and clean apartment to everyone. Great location, easy booking, and even a last-minute change of our vacation dates was not a problem. There was a pleasant communication with the landlord. Forgotten items were even sent afterwards. Thanks again for that. It was not the last time for us.

Holiday trip

The flat is exactly as described. Very clean, everything available, very central and the parking close to the entrance. Everything is within walking distance. We would like to give special praise to the landlord. They were always available and made everything possible. Very uncomplicated, friendly and helpful. very good location

We stayed in the flat last week and found it very nice overall. The flat is in top condition, well maintained and clean. The balcony has a sea view and you can even look out onto the promenade. We were there by car. There is a parking space close to the entrance. The beach is just 5 minutes away. There were very tasty restaurants on the promenade and we were pleasantly surprised by the German menus. We will be happy to come back.

Super holiday...

The flat is equipped with everything you need, everything was tip-top clean. Contact with the landlord was great. If we had any questions by e-mail, we received a prompt reply. Arrival and departure was also super uncomplicated.... The location of the flat is suuuper, there is something for everyone, even kids get their money's worth... no matter if beach, restaurants and shopping facilities everything is right in front of the door. This holiday home is saved for another holiday

suuuper relaxing holiday

Spend a week doing whatever you feel like doing. Go for a walk, go swimming or just lie on the beach, go on a bike tour, take a boat trip or ride the little tram or, or, or....
A week of pure relaxation in a very nice flat that lacked nothing. Then there was the great location, simply beautiful. Even the sun played along.
