Description
We give our guests a 4-person suite in BALTIC PARK PLAZA complex.
The apartment offers a pleasant stay, not only in the season. It is bright, spacious and tastefully furnished, equipped with appliances of the highest quality, providing a feeling of privacy and independence.
The 40m2 apartment has a living room with living room, bedroom, bathroom and large terrace.
Kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, coffee maker. In the lounge there is a large comfortable sofa with sleeping possibility and audio-video equipment (LCD TV, radio, DVD). The master bedroom has a large double bed, wardrobe and dressing table with a large mirror.
Large, sunny terrace is south-west oriented and equipped with comfortable garden furniture. From the terrace overlooking the green residential area and the dunes and the horizon is adorned with the blue Baltic Sea.
Our guests have access to cable TV and Internet WiFi. All rooms have interior or exterior blinds, which enables a break from the sun and get the desired comfort and intimacy.

We liked the flat very much, even beforehand the contact with the landlord was very pleasant.
The arrival and handing over of the keys was wonderful.
The property is located in a secluded area just behind the dunes.
Only a few steps to the beach and the promenade.
The furnishings are very functional and everything you need was there.
Incl. dishwasher tabs.
The very nice large balcony is nicely furnished with a sun lounger and has afternoon sun.
We like to come back.

Baltic Park Swinoujscie
The vacation rental is perfectly located for the beach and promenade. Both are not more than about 4 minutes away on foot. The apartment lacks nothing. It is perfectly equipped and offers a lot of comfort at a reasonable price. We (couple with a large dog) felt very comfortable there.

The car was safe in the underground parking. There were shopping facilities nearby. The landlord is very nice. We would love to come back again.

simply wonderful
A beautiful apartment in an excellent location, the beach is only 100 meters away. The promenade is great, there is always something going on here. Restaurants, ice cream cafes, and plenty of play options for children are available. The old forts from the imperial era are interesting. The Polish cuisine is good.
We will come back later. The only small flaw of the apartment in my opinion is that there is no satellite TV, only the German public broadcasters.

Very nice holiday apartment with underground parking in a closed complex with 7 blocks of houses, which is very well maintained and clean. The apartment is very centrally located near the beach and directly on the promenade. The landlord is very nice and reliable. We have now been in the apartment for the 2nd time and would rent it again anytime.

free time activities: Man kann gut Fahrrad fahren und Spazieren gehen, in der nähe gibt es viel zu erkunden.
Unter anderem die Festungen, den Hafen, die Altstadt, den Park und die Insel Wollin.
shopping facilities: Es gibt mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten z.B. Lidl, Netto Rot / Schwarz sowie die Polnischen Supermärkte.
Es ist empfehlenswert Geld zu tauschen.
