The spacious holiday domicile on two levels is approx. 56 sqm in size and equipped with parquet flooring. On the lower floor you will find the living room with panorama window, the kitchenette with dining area and the hallway. A wooden staircase leads to the generous upper floor. Two bedrooms with sea view terraces, a large daylight bath and a walk-in wardrobe complete the offer. It is a non-smoking holiday apartment.
2 bedrooms, sleeping capacity for 6 bedrooms 1 - 1 double bed , 160x200 bedroom 2 - 1 double bed , 140x200 living room - 1 sofa bed , 180x200 two separate bedrooms upstairs. Comfortable double beds with comfort slatted frame in 160 x 200 cm and 140 x 200 cm. Additional sofa bed in the living room (lower floor) in approx. 180 x 200 cm. Bed linen is part of our service.
The luxurious apartment has recently been renovated. The area is fenced and guarded around the clock. A parking space belongs to the apartment. The house has an elevator. The apartment is on the top floor (3+4).

Wieder hervorragend
Waren schon zum dritten Mal in dieser schönen Wohnung.
Es hat an nichts gefehlt, gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und die direkte Strand Lage.

Good flat in direct proximity to the beach
Nice flat with two balconies in a rather busy complex. There is always something going on at the promenade. We liked it and will come to Swinoujscie again.

Super nice flat!
Super nice flat! We often go to the Baltic Sea but this was the best accommodation so far. Everything clean, easy and nice communication with the landlord. The price was acceptable in the low season.

Schöner Aufenthalt in den Herbstferien
Wir waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern zu Gast. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und liegt zentral am Strand und an der Promenade von Swinemünde.
Es war eine schöne Woche und wir kommen gerne wieder.
