Description
The spacious holiday home on two levels is approx. 56 sqm in size and equipped with parquet flooring. On the lower floor you will find the living room with panoramic window, the kitchenette with dining area, and the hallway. A wooden staircase leads to the generous upper floor. Two bedrooms with sea view terraces, a large daylight bathroom, and a walk-in closet complete the offer. This is a non-smoking holiday apartment.

Two separate bedrooms on the upper floor. Comfortable double beds with comfort slatted frames in 160 x 200 cm and 140 x 200 cm. Additional pull-out sofa bed in the living room (lower floor) approx. 180 x 200 cm. Bed linen is included in our service.
The luxurious apartment was recently renovated. The property is fenced and guarded around the clock. The apartment includes a parking space. The building has an elevator. The holiday apartment is located on the top floor (3+4).

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Good flat in direct proximity to the beach
Nice flat with two balconies in a rather busy complex. There is always something going on at the promenade. We liked it and will come to Swinoujscie again.

Super nice flat!
Super nice flat! We often go to the Baltic Sea but this was the best accommodation so far. Everything clean, easy and nice communication with the landlord. The price was acceptable in the low season.
