Description
Detached modern house that invites all year to relax and unwind. The house is located only one kilometer from the fine sandy beach in a dune landscape with upstream tulip fields. The beach-front area is an ideal starting point for golf, tennis, hiking, cycling and a number of other recreational activities. The golf course is only 100 meters from the house.
The house (surrounded by tulip fields) is lovely and comfortable for up to 4 people. It is located in Landal Beach Resort Ooghduyne, near there are shops and several restaurants offer. Just 8 km away is the famous place Den Helder ferry to Texel.
The large living room with open kitchen is cozy and comfortable and light by a gas central heating in all seasons. Two bedrooms - one with a double bed and another with double bed - offer for two couples or a family with two children enough space and retreat. The bathroom has a roll-in shower, bath and hairdryer. The toilet is in a separate room.
The fitted kitchen has a gas / electric stove with baking pans and a microwave, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. Crockery and cutlery are abundant.
Also a combined dryer along with iron and ironing board. An additional travel cot is available.
The living room has an internet - radio / CD player and a satellite flat screen TV with German and international television programs. A DVD player is available.
Around the house invite lawns and a terrace with patio furniture to relax. The house also has an outdoor fireplace.
Julianadorp aan Zee, North Sea lies about 80 km north of the Dutch capital Amsterdam between Alkmaar, 35 km, and Den Helder, 8 km. The district Julianadorp aan Zee is located directly on the North Sea coast. 2014 beach of Julianadorp was voted "most beautiful beach of North Holland"!

The house is at ground level and has its own car parking space right on the property.
A large living room with open kitchen, dining table and leather seating area offer plenty of space. Through a glass sliding doors lead onto the terrace. An outdoor barbecue can be used.
The bathroom has a bath and shower. The toilet is separate.
The house is located in Landal Golf Resort Ooghduyne. The holiday park, a swimming pool with sauna, solarium, whirlpool, bowling, children's paddling pool, weather independent indoor playground and a water slide can be used for a fee.
Mini golf, tennis courts, 9-hole golf course and children's playgrounds and restaurants. You have bicycles (also e-bikes) for hire. Outside the complex there are more restaurants and numerous shops.
From the house you can walk in a few minutes to the kilometer-long, with the "Blue Flag" sandy beach.

Awaits all currently a completely new indoor pool with central building and indoor playground about 100 meters from the house on the Landal terrain. Our moderators offers in appropriate weather on boat trips with our own boat. The tulip fields (especially in May) are well worth seeing directly on the system and only a few minutes from the house.

Beautiful house
We have been to holiday homes in Julianadorp many times, but we have never had such a beautiful house before. The furnishings are tasteful and modern and everything you could wish for is there. We slept fantastically in the beds. The kitchen is very well stocked, so you can cook well. The location is great and you can reach the beach in 15 minutes. There are plenty of shopping opportunities. We felt really comfortable and can recommend this house 100%. The contact and handling with the landlord is uncomplicated and very nice.

Great accommodation option
We spent our summer vacation here in 2020 and were completely satisfied. The house is nicely furnished, and we rarely slept as well on vacation as in these beds. The bike service was great and totally uncomplicated. By bike, you are also quickly at the beach. The landlords and the local manager are always available if something is missing. We did not use the park itself, except for the bowling alley. But this was due to the circumstances of the COVID pandemic. We are already looking forward to August, when we will come back again.

Simply wow.
The house is really as shown in the photos and is beautifully furnished to our taste. In the kitchen, everything is provided, good electrical appliances, comfortable beds. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach, which is beautiful. You can use the bread delivery service and the facilities of the park. In the village, you can find everything you need. We will come back.
