If you just want to switch off, without stress, without noise, without hustle and bustle and without compromise, then you have found what you are looking for. Here you can relax in an exclusive location at Landal Beach Resort Ooghduyne, close to an idyllic sandy beach, and enjoy your well-deserved holiday with a generous portion of nature and tranquility.
Our house was newly renovated and refurnished in the winter of 2020/2021.
Our spacious living room offers many ways to pass the time. SAT-TV (LED-Smart-TV) with German channels, sofa with 2 armchairs, living room table, cupboard, dining table, 6 chairs, children's high chair, books, game collection, exit to the terrace with sunbathing lawn and garden furniture.
The high-quality kitchen is extensively equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Gas stove with 4 burners, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee machine, Senseo, kettle, toaster, complete dishes, dishwasher detergent, dishwasher tabs, spices.
All beds are equipped with high quality mattresses 0.90 x 2.0 meters. The mattresses are covered with washable mattress protectors. In each bedroom there is a spacious chest of drawers or a wardrobe.
All windows are equipped with roller shutters (roller shutter of the sliding door to the terrace with electric drive).
Terrace (south facing) with garden furniture and lawn.
2 own car parking spaces directly at the house.
The living space is 80 m², the property measures 312 m², completely fenced.
All rooms are at ground level (no stairs).
Shopping facilities (groceries, Deen, Lidl, pharmacy etc.) can be found very close by. The same is true for well-kept restaurants.
It is a non-smoking house. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace.
We ask you to bring your own bed linen and towels as well as hand and dish towels - but they can also be rented at the park reception for a fee.
We rent you our very private holiday home. It is not a commercial rental property. As a guest you will certainly enjoy this difference (equipment, ambience, etc.).
In our Landal holiday complex you can rent trolleys and bicycles for a fee, use the bread service, play mini-golf and golf, and the younger guests can let off steam at the playground or in the indoor swimming pool.

Location and surroundings of object
Our Talli holiday home is located at Landal Golf & Beach Resort Ooghduyne in Julianadorp aan Zee, at the northernmost tip of the province of North Holland between Alkmaar and Den Helder. The fantastic dune landscape with its wonderfully wide, flat, fine sandy beach is only about 900 metres away. On the way to the sea, you can cycle or walk through fields of tulips and daffodils. The subtropical adventure pool is only a 5-minute walk away. You can walk to the golf course with driving range and putting green in 10 minutes.
The naval port of Den Helder, Alkmaar and the Ijsselmeer are not far away and the island of Texel with its seal breeding station is literally on your doorstep. Picturesque little villages line the coast. Here you can get freshly caught fish at reasonable prices. In spring, the extensive, colourful flower fields bathe the landscape in a huge sea of colour. The long, wide sandy beaches invite you to walk for hours, not only in summer. North Holland has been proven to have the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands. A vacation in Holland feels so good.
After a 2-week vacation in the holiday home Talli in Julianadorp, my husband and I, along with our 2 older dogs, feel that we would like to come back. Everything was just right: a beautiful, cozy house with everything you need and more to feel really comfortable. The weather also cooperated, and the location is great. The contact with the landlords is exceptionally nice and friendly. Thank you very much!
