The house is located in the family-friendly park "Beach Resort Ooghduyne" in Julianadorp with indoor fun pool, playgrounds, mini golf, tennis court, bowling, bicycle and canoe rental, etc.
For golfers there is a 9-hole golf course with A-status and driving range. There is also a child-friendly restaurant with a sunny terrace.
The highlight is of course the proximity to the beach! On the kilometre-long sandy beach you can go for a wonderful walk or just chill out. Right by the sea there are the beach bars Paal 6 and Zee van Tijd - from here you can enjoy a wonderful sunset.

Super beautiful holiday home
From the first minute, we felt comfortable in this holiday home. Everything you need is available, and the house itself is very lovingly decorated. Our dog could move freely in the fenced garden. The beach is within walking distance. We can definitely recommend this house and would love to come back.

Beautiful little house, great location
We felt very comfortable. Due to the beautiful location, everything is nearby. The top-notch amenities leave nothing to be desired. Since the property is completely fenced, it was also ideal for our dog. What else can we say, except "pure relaxation." Thank you very much and see you next time.

We love the sea and have therefore been looking for a beautiful spot where we can feel at home. We found it in Julianadorp aan Zee in North Holland. From 2024, we will offer this beautiful holiday home for rent to an acquaintance. He bought Villa Seewind in 2023 and would like to make it available to other Holland enthusiasts for the most beautiful time of the year. We want our guests to feel as comfortable as if they were at home, which is why Villa Seewind is lovingly furnished to a high standard and with every comfort.
