Description
Equipped with central heating Holiday house with about 59 m² living space has on the ground floor a small bedroom, a spacious living area with open attached kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine is available.
Upstairs is the main bedroom.
In upward liberally decorated living room is including a fireplace and a leather sofa for 2 and 3 persons.
For entertainment is in demand as a stereo with radio and cd-drive and a Blu-ray player (the course DVD's can play) and a 81cm LED TV.
The TV can receive via satellite "ASTRA" a very large number of TV channels in very good quality, including of course all freely available German HD channels in the best quality.
Blue-Ray's are reproduced in full HD quality (Full HD).
The already available on the cable network of resort standard programs are also available if required.
The modest image quality of these programs is obviously not comparable to the satellite programs.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner stove with illuminated and extendable hood, a refrigerator with freezer and an extra deep sink.
In addition to the normal kitchen utensils including a mini oven, a toaster and a coffee maker.
In the small bedroom downstairs is next to a chest of drawers and a wardrobe, a meter wide queen bed.
In the upper, larger bedroom has a double bed with meters width and two single mattresses.
Unterbringunsmöglichkeiten for clothes are also available.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is on the edge of the manicured resort "Aqua Delta" in the park part "De Kreek" about 250 meters from the center. The patio is not visible from the playing field and the other cottages. Despite the construction as a detached private atmosphere is so broadly maintained.
A playground with seesaw, swing and sandbox for the "little ones" can be reached from the terrace. Sports court, volleyball court, table tennis and other play equipment is 50 meters.
In what is traditionally quite busy center are among other things two restaurants with terraces, a modern bowling alley, a supermarket, a snack bar, a heated indoor pool and a bicycle rental. In addition, you can play mini golf and two very good places Tennis here. In the high season in the center animation events, flea markets and bingo evenings.
The walk to the Grevelingenmeer with bathing facilities especially for children will take about 8 minutes.
For divers, sailors, walkers and especially for surfers and kitesurfers provides this abgedeichte Inlet, ideal conditions.
The whole charm of the island "learns" one on exemplary signposted cycling tours with clear, informative maps. Well maintained bikes can be rented inexpensively in the center.
For me Zeeland is the "paradise for cyclists" par excellence!
It should be mentioned again that the cottages of the resort "Aqua Delta" are not available on the open sea, but on "Grevelingenmeer" a abgedeichten by the "Brouwersdam" inlet with very clear water.
The final authority for the construction of this dam as part of the "Delta project" was the devastating flood in 1953, drowned in the nearly 3,000 people in the floods of the North Sea.
The most famous monument of this overall project is the huge storm surge barrier in the Eastern Scheldt ( "Oosterscheldekering"), which is often referred to as "project of the century" and was presented by Queen Beatrix on October 4th 1986 its determination.
The visit (from the inside) is possible and worthwhile.
The beaches on the open sea are about 20 km away and can be reached by car in about 25 minutes. The way there by bicycle is a beautiful, varied and not too short bike ride.
This small location disadvantage of the park is the sports & recreational more than offset by the good infrastructure of the system with options.
Opportunities for playing golf: In about 1 km away, a golf club runs a very neat, sprawling 18-hole golf course. Use of this system by guest player is possible. The required any handicap can be requested in the golf club office. For beginners, the system is to use, according to my information only under certain conditions.
Not playing Fußganger may walk in the plant on the trails go and eat relatively inexpensive and also drink in the spacious clubhouse in a cozy atmosphere.
Sailing options: Borrowing sailboats is possible but not cheap.
The resort "Aqua Delta" located on the edge of "Bruinisse", a grown Dutch town, directly behind the dike on the Grevelingenmeer.
Here you will find great shopping, as a large supermarket and several smaller shops where you can buy all the things for daily needs.
The town has a large marina with restaurant, cafe and supermarket, an extended fishing harbor with shipyard and is known by the excellent shells that you can buy as many kinds of fish, fresh or enjoy at the restaurants.
Especially recommended is the small fish restaurant by the harbor, serving freshly landed fish specialties for almost all seasons. An Affiliate "Fischbude" offers these specialties also for immediate consumption or for driving.
The sport fishing "Hoogerwerf" conveys seasonal (the Internet check) with their two ships for true insiders and early birds an exceptional fishing experience at sea.
13 km away is "Zierikzee", the capital of the island, with its beautiful historic center and many shops. The old city harbor, the harbor promenade with cozy restaurants are a worthwhile destination and invite you to stroll and relax.
The island has many more beautiful places and sights you well, achieved in particular by bicycle or car.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 40 days before the arrival date.
As a rule, there is no cancellation option with private rentals. The legal principle "Pacta sunt servanda" (agreements must be kept) applies. However, in very special circumstances (the so-called "Corona mess"), I offer special conditions. Otherwise, the withdrawal conditions outlined in the contract apply.

A pleasant stay
We immediately felt very comfortable in Mr. Bommelitz's house. It is cozy furnished and has everything you need. Our questions were answered promptly and Mr. Bommelitz also had some excursion and restaurant tips ready for us.
A beautiful place for a relaxing vacation.

Late summer vacation
A nice little house in a quiet part of the large, well-kept holiday park. Everything you need is available, and if you have quiet neighbors, it's very relaxing. Ideal for families with small children. Zeeland is a dream for cyclists! Thank you, Mr. Bommelitz :)

Ein super schöner Kurzurlaub
We spent a few lovely days at Aqua Delta and are very satisfied! Our two children enjoyed the large selection of playgrounds, play equipment, and the swimming pool on site, and the beaches in the west can be reached in about 25 minutes. Therefore, one star deduction for the location, as otherwise there is really very little going on in Bruinisse. We found the supermarket on site convenient but expensive, the parking spaces are sufficient and close, and everything is very child-friendly. The vacation rental has almost everything the heart desires for a few people, only the dishwasher was missing for us, with 4 people it's nice to have one. And it would be nice to have more large cups, but that's complaining at a high level given the great value for money! The excellent communication with the landlord must also be emphasized! So, gladly again!

Fast alles super
Very quiet facility, very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed this vacation very much. Highly recommended is the fish restaurant in the port of Bruinisse, very delicious and above all fresh fish, rarely had. Only the internet was so unstable, sometimes you could surf very well, sometimes nothing was possible, for example, you couldn't get into any game. Therefore, here in the service, a one-star deduction only. Otherwise, highly recommended. The excursions we did to the cities around and the islands were just great!!! Can't wait to do it again.

All is well!!
We felt comfortable. The house is very well furnished, we didn't miss anything. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed being able to sit on the terrace in the sun in the evenings. Pleasantly quiet location, despite the small playground in front of the terrace. We also appreciate that this house is pet-free. Nothing against dogs, but we have had to "clean up afterwards" in other houses because the hair was everywhere. When our son was still crawling, it was just unpleasant.
We will come back! ! !
