Description
Friendly furnished holiday home for 5 persons for rent from private. The house is located only a few hundred metres from the Grevelingenmeer in a very child-friendly holiday complex.
The Grevelingenmeer - it is separated from the open North Sea by the Brouwer Dam - offers opportunities for swimming, surfing, etc. There is a marina with sailing and, in 2... There is a marina with sailing school and - 2 km away - also a surfing school. But also the seaside resorts on the North Sea such as Renesse or Burgh-Hamstede can be reached in only 25 minutes by car.
The surrounding area offers numerous excursion destinations such as the beautiful, medieval-looking towns of Zierikzee, Midelburg or the port city of Rotterdam. We have suggestions ready for our guests.
During the holiday periods, we only rent out our house on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday.
We handle rentals as follows: We send our guests the corresponding rental contract by post, the return can be done paperless.

Location and surroundings of object
We offer a quietly situated terraced house with almost secluded garden with terrace, all very well maintained, we use it after all ourselves. In the kitchen you will find all appliances such as coffee machines (filter and Senseo), water and egg cooker and dishwasher. In the living room you will find a TV set (German-language programmes) as well as radio and DVD players next to the open fireplace.
In one of the bedrooms there is another TV set.
A free WlAN internet access for our guests is of course also available.
The garden is completely fenced, in the garden house 3 bicycles and a hand cart are available for our guests.

In the Aquadelta resort, 10 minutes walk from the village of Bruinisse, you will find a daily supermarket, a restaurant and a laundry. But we also encourage you to take part in a variety of leisure activities: there are tennis and mini-golf courts, an indoor swimming pool with outdoor slide and children's pool, table tennis and a large field for football and volleyball.

Gemütliches Haus mit Garten direkt am Teich
Ein einfaches, gemütliches Ferienhaus mit einem sehr schönen modernen Badezimmer. Für den Urlaubsalltag ist alles vorhanden. Besonders genossen haben wir es, direkt am Teich sitzen zu können, die Enten und Wasserhühner zu beobachten. Im Garten hat man viel Privatsphäre. Sehr gemütlich waren die Abende am Kaminfeuer. Zu Fuß ist das Grevelinger Meer schnell erreichbar.
Einen herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne auch ein 3. mal wieder.

Familienurlaub
tolles Haus, eingezäunt direkt am See/Teich, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird zum relexen (Gartenmöbel, großer Sonnenschirm). Sehr nette Vermieter. Nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.
