Arrival and departure day SUNDAY! Outside the season by arrangement, but always after follow-up rental!
Short description:
The promenade and the sandy beach can be reached on foot in 4 minutes (250m).
FeWo's: 8th floor, the "king class floor", quiet corridor with only 4 additional rentable FeWo's, direct swimming pool lift, 47sqm;
2 bedrooms (1 living/bedroom + 1 small bedroom=children's room), ALL beds equipped with intervertebral disc mattresses;
Kitchen (dishwasher) and dining area

Our 2nd apartment "806" (morning/lunchtime sun) is located directly opposite - door against door -; you will also find it described at Ferienhausmiete; interesting, if you would like to travel with 2 families, please enquire very early!
Both apartments are located on a quiet corridor with only 3 rentable apartments on the seaside + 3 rentable apartments on the land side, accessible by TRUCLE, which also takes you DIRECTLY to the swimming pool!
Our apartments are also accessible without stairs - from the underground car park - due to the fact that the lifts have to be changed once.

Both apartments are comfortably furnished and of high standard
In all sleeping areas good, high intervertebral disc mattresses (in the double bed on adjustable slatted frames) enable restful sleep.
1 Large living room with integrated bedroom (double bed 180x200cm),
1 separate children's room with 2 single beds (extendable, 90x200 + 80x190) and own TV.
Kitchen : DISHWASHER, microwave, etc.;
Really well equipped with everything a woman/man needs, nothing is missing, at least that's what all our regular guests who return every year think.
Living room: Large flat screen SAT-TV, DVD, stereo system/CD, blackout roller blinds, fan, mosquito screen door.
Hallway : OWN patented suitcase trolley
The use of the HOUSE-OWN, SWIMMING POOL (8 x 15m) + sep. toddler pool > is included in the rent; on 3 days it is reserved for naturists for 2 hours in the morning or in the evening.
Table tennis room with 2 professional tables (rackets + balls available in the apartments)
In the house, ONLY: washing machines from 2EUR + dryer from 50ct., solarium.
OWN underground parking space free of charge;
several bicycle storage rooms (2 bicycles per flat are available: use at your own risk);
Large furnished balcony with awning, covered, protected, not visible.
Accessibility of the house:
The house Berolina has !!! SEVERAL STAIRS !!!, so that one has the possibility to reach 'one's' hallway from the underground car park, without stairs.

Haus Berolina consists of condominiums that are individually furnished by each owner and are mostly rented out.
The entire house consists of 4 blocks, is quietly located and yet central!
Whether on foot > in 15 minutes to the town or in 6 minutes - on the direct beach path - to the promenade or to the fine, barrier-free sandy beach, ideal for a stroll or to unwind, this is where holiday life takes place and it can sometimes be a bit more turbulent in the HS

Oldie days, shanty choir performances, artists' promenade festival, Kurpark in Flammen, Fischerbuden-, Oktober- + Drachenfest; Ostsee in Flammen + NDR Sommerparty mid/end Aug. in Grömitz.
Something very special: MARRY at the Dahmer LEUCHTTURM followed by a Dahmer honeymoon!
SHOPPING:
in the spa town of Dahme, no problem! Small supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, etc., either in town or on the 2.2 km long beach promenade.
In the neighbouring village of Grube (behind the cemetery) there is an Aldi supermarket with an adjacent large supermarket.

Sports, fitness and health centre with wellness area; (taster courses); sports and play beach (animation programme); forest sports field, trampoline facilities, 60km signposted cycle path!

Vacation: Perfect
Dear Starosta family, we are currently checking your booking calendar to see if there is a gap where we can come back to Dahme to the Berolina house. After many stays in 806 at all times of the year, we have recently come to appreciate and love your apartment 802. We were particularly taken by the view from the balcony, afternoon and evening sun, the wide view of the coastal landscape, sea, forest, meadows, sometimes with wildlife visits, the sunsets that we watched in awe. Beautiful!
Apartment 802 spoiled us with everything we also received in 806. Complete kitchen equipment, not only in terms of dishes, glasses, and cutlery, all in large quantities and extremely appealing, but also regarding cooking utensils and kitchen appliances - pizza oven, egg cooker, waffle iron, and... really everything is there, everything works, everything is spick and span. Great!
The living room, cozy, comfortable leather seating, a sideboard with diverse contents, everything one might need on vacation, plus books, games... really everything. The beds leave nothing to be desired, good mattresses, bedding for different sleeping habits.
The mosquito protection in the balcony door allows for sleeping with the door open, the awning protects from too much sun.
In all this, it becomes clear how much care is given to holiday guests. Thank you for that!
The swimming pool in the house: optimally maintained and generously sized.
The path to the beach - just over five minutes. Shopping options: One does not need a car (which can be safely parked in the underground garage).
In short: Everything perfect - and at an absolutely affordable price.

Outstanding
We have been regular customers for over 10 years! We have rented other apartments in this building, but unfortunately they were not as perfect and clean. Everything is available - just like at home: the view, the nearby beach, and the promenade. Also, the swimming pool in the building - genius. We rent from the Starosta family at least twice a year for vacation in their apartment. Again and again!!

It was a very nice and relaxing vacation!!!
We were in the vacation rental 802 of the Starosta family for the first time, the apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need for a holiday. Everything was perfect and we felt very comfortable during our time at the Baltic Sea. The apartment has a beautiful balcony with a fantastic view of nature. We are looking forward to summer as we can certainly experience and photograph beautiful sunsets there! We also want to thank you again for the super nice welcome and the phone calls beforehand.

Top holiday apartment
The vacation apartment surpassed our expectations. Very clean and tidy. The balcony offered a view of the Baltic Sea, which we enjoyed during our morning breakfast.
Overall, we highly recommend the vacation apartment.
